    Ang usapan po sa aryendo halimbawa sa palayan, ay kung ilang ani o taon ang magiging kabayaran ng nakuhang halaga, halimbawa ay aryendo ng 30,000 pesos para sa pagbibigay ng karapatan sa umaryendo na magbukid sa lupa sa loob ng 2 taon bilang kabayaran sa perang nakuha ng may-ari ng lupang nagpa-aryendo

    Atty, paano po yung na award na cloa sa mother ko may bagong nag pa cloa uli for second time, Pwede ba namin i contest ito dahil namatay na mother namin yung hipag namin ini apply uli ito sa cloa at ini award uli sa kanya at nag benta pa sya ng ibang lupa nito … ? Yung tinanim na manga namin ng mother ko ay pinag puputol ng hipag ko at ginawang uling na halos wala ng nayira at yung babuyan ay pinaturahan nya sa mga kamag anak nya oati yung bahay namin na luma doon , dahil ako ay nasa abroad pag balik ko ay inilakad nya sa cloa at ini award sa kanya uli ?     hi atty. paano po pg meron years of duration like 10 years. ( prenda open deed of sale ) naka prenda po ng 800k then after 10 years 7M na yung amount na gusto nila dahil meron mga improvement, hindi na namin nakuha ang lupa ;-(

    Paano po kapag hindi na nababayaran kaya ibebenta na ang lupa, tapos ang buyer ay yung creditor din?
    Pwede po ang creditor ang bumili ng lupa?

    May tanong nga pala ako atty., may gustong magbenta sa akin ng lupa kaso nag aalangan ako kase yung tax dec na kanyang pinanghahawakan ay hindi tugma yung lot area doon po sa sketch plan, 4,000sqm lng po ang nakasulat sa declaration samantalang sa sketch plan ay 6,591 sqm. Tapos ang pababayaran nya kase sa akin ay yung andoon sa sketchplan na 6,591. Isa pa sa pinagtaka ko atty., yung sketch plan may lot # tapos sa taxdec ay wala pong nakasulat bale blanko po wala pong nakalagay na lot #. Tapos ang masaklap pa eh hindi rin nagbabayad ng buwis yung may-ari mula pa noong 1993. Sa palagay nyu atty., okay lng po ba na ituloy ko yung pagbili nitong property? Taxdec lng ho kase yung kanyang pinanghahawakan tapos di pa nya nababayaran ang buwis. Nagbabasakali lng ho ako atty. na sanay inyong mapansin. Marami pong salamat...
