My daughter has been an ethical vegan since 2014.We cook at home every day,and cooking vegan initially takes A LOT of effort,but gets easier over time. You do have to be absolutely dedicated though.
I think any effort to consume less animal products is worth it.

That's a long time, you have all my respect and admiration! I don't know if I am that dedicated yet but for sure I want to continue reducing more and more. Hopefully at some point it will become natural to make the extra step.
