You can use the Two Dragons Sword charged hard attack as a perferct parry as well. If the enemy hit's you during the sword swing, it get's counted as perfect parry
It has an extremely generous active frames window too, at the cost of a delayed start up! Very good against those red attacks from bosses!

the unique weapons are really cool. Golden Lie has some sick animations (love all the staff spins they added as ending animations)
Frozen Feast reminds me of Moonlight Sword.
What i love about the phenomenal weapon designs in this game besides the assembly system is that a lot of weapons both normal and boss have many interesting hidden quirks and mechanics both as Fable arts (like the Holy Ark sword being a transformable trick weapon) or as completely hidden mechanics.
Like several weapons having built-in parry animations into their attacks, the Manus weapon generating more ergo per enemy kill but using ergo into its fable art for massive damage or the hydraulic weapon having a completely unique charged heavy attack just to name few, 10/10 weapon designs.
Just beat the 7th boss (22 attempts) with big pipe wrench. The weapons insanely strong and stuns bosses. Upgraded a few times, hits over 400dmg lol.
Puppet king is my nightmare ( pipe wrench too ) without spectre. So far he was the first boss in this game that got me mad and angry af ...
Something you could do is attach the police baton handle to the pipe wrench. With the fable art buff on the handle, it adds a ton of damage to the wrenches fable art
Edit: Gotten up to 15,000 damage with the fable art
Just finished the game, used the two dragons sword and then Uroboros, acid spear before that. Used alot of throwing items thats for sure

For the last encrypted treasure hunt you need the frozen feast weapon. If you dont have it you need to play through ng+
Puppet ripper was my favorite before the two-dragon sword simply because of the fact i could cheese enemies and kill them thru walls lol

Yup, and I love that you can access the Holy Sword thrust in multiple ways, you can go heavy, then heavy, or go light then heavy, or backstep then heavy to access it, excellent combo design.
I love how the Uroboros eye seems like a combination of the Ripper from Dead Space and the Executioner Sword weapon art from Elden ring.

Boss weapon upgrade material is EXTREMELY rare. Don't spread your upgrades.
Curupa really? I mean it is not easy to adquire the materials? Beacuase i am upgrading the seven coil sword but i dont know if i can upgrade more weapon special in one run
@@miguel41306 im starting chapter 9 with a total of 14 darkmoon upgrade materials. Npcs do not sell that item. It takes 7 to upgrade from +0 to +3
You can upgrade 2 boss weapons fully if you get all the materials.

Is the Etiquitte a good technique weapon?
If not what weapon is recommended?
My personal favourite was „puppet ripper“ i think it only has B in technique but you can change it to an A at Eugénie (maybe there are better weapons but i beat the game with it)

Only problem is weight in this game is implemented like trash
There's even a comment that says perhaps the heavy boss rings are actually based off metric system which is why its so heavy and was implemented wrong mechanically to a degree

You have to lie throughout the whole game.{Spoiler} Then at the end game when you meet Sophie at the top of the tower you get 2 option “Give her peace “ or Let her live . Choose “give her peace “

You need to lie throughout the whole game and listen to records ( The available ones should do ). And give Sophie peace and don't give your heart to your father. Then before starting your ng + go back to the painting and collect it.

You can get it before going to the simon fight, as long as you lie and listen to records, i was able to get it right after giving sophia peace

@@Yusuf-vu5cd i know it's late but after you beat the game, the game asked you if you wanna start ng+, if you choose not to then you can get golden lie from Gepetto's room (only if you goes lies run) while proof of humanity is more straight forward since it's a boss weapon.

dont go for strength builds, the game has no poise😩
There is poise but only on fable arts. There should also be on charged R2 but other than that it's a good design decision.

If you keep lying throughout the whole game your hair changes
You may not have the required stats to fully use the weapons I’m noticing you aren’t showcasing certain moves..
something I don't like about lies of p boss weapons is, most of these weapon seems not related to the bosses itself.
such as 5:53 the dragon sword. that you can obtain it from green monster's ergo. the lore of it is all about a general and the dragon. but that green thing is not look alike the general or the dragon. in fact. that monster don't even use that sword in the fight.
3:02 the trident of covenant. the lore is definitely related to the green monster(A ritual trident that was lying asleep in the relic of Trismegistus. It is presumed to have once belonged to a great warrior who served an ancient king.
The warrior of the sea vowed to protect the people from the cursed relic. He kept his vow when his skin was mashed until it was green.) but you just obtain it from the Fallen Archbishop Andreus....
1:55 HOLY SWORD OF THE ARK. according to its name. I guess that it's related to Archbishop Andreus. and it's lore also related to The Ark Saintess aswell. but nah. you just obtain it from the KING'S FLAME, FUOCO's ergo... and that boss don't even used this holy sword in the fight.
4:05 puppet ripper. this seems to related to Romeo. since it's a scythe. and Romeo used scythe as his main weapon in phase 2. but.... it looks nothing like Romeo's scythe. it's lore is talking about hedonist murderer. a killer who probably a puppet. since his heart was made of clockwork.
but.... what is that going to do with Romeo?? or Romeo is that murderer himself?? I don't know.
0:04 SEVEN-COIL SPRING SWORD. according to its name and its electric power. I guess it would related to lasaxia. since she's used a electric grestsword in her fight. but nope... you can obtain it from parade masters ergo.... a boss that don't even used this sword in the fight...

8:55 the only weapon that directly related to the boss is the proof of humanity. since its literally nameless puppets sword.
while in fromsoftware souls game. it's quite emotional and satisfied when you can obtain a weapon of your favourite bosses. the holy moonlight sword from Ludwig the holy blade, artorias's greatsword, Lorian's greatsword, gherman's scythe, lady Maria's saber, morgott's cursed sword. etc.
it like you can become like those boss or wielding their legacy. that's what this game lack in boss weapons.
i forget to say, puppet ripper also obtain from BURNT-WHITE KING'S ERGO(Romeo's ergo) that's why I was surely that it's gonna related to Romeo.
The boss weapons are treasures that Alidoro finds and trades to you for the souls, that is why none of them are related to the bosses.
they could just use one model of the boss weapon. Parade, King, Simon, Laxsasa use weapons so they should just reuse them for player use just like fromsoft games. But I guess it need to be different for story reasons (Alidoro hunts for relic weapons).
Would save time and money tho rather than modelling two different weapon.
Actually I suspect it's not tied to the boss so much as the summon you can bring into the fight with you. If you notice each one uses the weapon you can get as a reward in said boss fight.

I see..... that's make more sense. but it's still shame. because some boss weapon is so cool. plus reading weapon description is the main way I used to learn the lore about each bosses.
