When it comes to flexibility, go with the idea of "comfortable discomfort." Anything more than that, and you'll be sorry later in life. Various swimming "stretches" weakened my shoulders to the point of needing rotator cuff surgeries on both shoulders.

Thanks for the tutorial, I watched your video about back to wall HSPU and i applied the techniques but I'm having a hard time progressing my performance is in fluctuate I can only do 4-5 reps max in a good day I usually train the bw hspu twice a week, I don't know how to program it (intensity/volume) and what accessories to do, any tips coach?! Thanks. 🙏
If you did these movements prior to workout would it be beneficial eg getting full range of motion with weighted squats? Or should be fine after workout?
thats very unique, and I will have to see your form to assess this. Do you feel it on the back or front leg? because on the front leg, pigeon should definitely be harder, but back leg its just a different position (hip extension on pigeon vs hip IR on 90/90) so you might be limited in that area. regardless, more than tips I would recommend to keep exploring both positions as both are very useful. -Gabo
Where exactly Gatti? - in any case, soreness is “normal” from any intense stretch. Here are 2 tips of it keeps happening: 1. Do it more often. Literally this routine daily, and the soreness should go away after a few days, and only be present when you push too hard. 2. Don’t push too hard. When I do push-ups, I get pain in my right lower abdomen. Why does this happen and what is the solution?

@@SaturnoMovement the problem is definitely in the back leg. There's a sensation of the trochanter hitting the pelvis, no matter what I try.
