- Today I went to H & S Soul Food Restaurant in Union NJ. We had so much soul food that it was like Soul Food Mukbang. Soul food is not just an urban food but can be found in places like Union, NJ.

Watched this video from MATT DV and the food looked so good I went there Tuesday, Sept. 26th. Got the Baked Turkey Wings and double Mac n Cheese. My Gosh - the baked turkey wings (2) were really large and super delicious. The seasoning on the turkey wings was so good, I was licking my fingers. The Mac n cheese was superb - buttery, cheesy and tasteful. I enjoyed this so much, I'm going back next week.
From East Orange, New Jersey I give this restaurant a big number "10".

What we have in San Diego is Mexican food and Asian food and that garbage gets old, oh yeah they have the Mexican Asian fusion food it’s all mid. I've tried this place when they 1st opened up the food was excellent told my friends about it had the whiting dinner but the last time I went back the food was different wasn't the same may have changed the chef

Keep trying, don't rush those turkey wings and do not get the BIG ONES. You may have to cover the while cooking to keep the juices in then uncover for the final minutes of cooking.

Just came from this place got smothered pork chops and smothered turkey wings Mac and cheese yams and collard greens my wife and I was not impressed we rank it a 4 out of 10 with everything and we paid 70 dollars for the 2 meals never again

In order to maintain you credibility, everything you eat can`t be great. You seem to be trying not to offend the restaurant owner. But then again, maybe everything you eat tastes great. Who knows.
I definitely appreciate your candor. I need that. Some things I eat have not been great. As mentioned, I would not order the pork chops again. Not that they were bad, I just don't like thick slices of meat. Also some people think the restaurant pays for my food, but 99.9 percent of the time. This is not the case. I don't think it would be offending, but it would help them to know right? Thanks Knighttd and thanks for staying tuned.
