Great vid mate, absolutely crushed that black run! As far as the views go, im my opinion the helmet cam gives a smoother, easier to watch video for the 14 mins, especially with the body's added gimbal effect on the stabilisation, but i do think the chest mount would make for good short form vids as it shows a bit more height to the lip of the jump as you ride up to it 🤙
I started with a chin mount, but most riders I ride with prefer a chest cam. I switched to the chest cam just to see the difference, but I didn't really like it. Because when I wanted to highlight a feature on the trail, the camera was pointing in the wrong direction. About a month ago, I switched back to my chin mount, and it's so much better for trail vlogging.
That looks like a lot of fun - helmet mounted (either visor/chin) is what I prefer as it is just that little bit more stable than chest, which makes it easier to watch.... but what would I know I cannot even remember what my gopro looks like 🙃
I generally prefer chest mount view, as I find the head mount is too elevated, making the view very disconnected from the trail. However I have to agree, on that trail it looks really flat on the chest view, whereas the head view gives a better feeling of trail undulations
This track gains a lot of fullyshmikness points!
Looks fantastic…. I’ll be down there in the next couple weeks
trails look awesome

That Funnel Web track reminds me so much of Quantum at Narooma. Might have to do an overnighter down to Nowra, these tracks look sick.
@@paulholyoak worth a visit! I’ve yet to check out Narooma but hopefully I’ll get there soon
