All-In could be, in fact, All-In. Start as Terrain, switch to Protoss at the 33% mark, then switch to Zerg at the 66% mark. Since units are converted, you get an extra layer of planning, can show of more of the mod and do something that truly fits the missions name.
I don't know if it even possible. But if it can, please can we do All in as 3 races and the same time. Because the title called all in, right? Then EVERYONE is on the run.
@@Glorfand244 I dont think he'll do it, but he couuld just do All-In 3 times, once with each race. He would get a couple extra videos out of the series and do something we haven't seen before.
For Gates of Hell, run Protoss. Challenge Name: Vengeance for Aiur! Unit Composition: Zealots, Long Zealots(Colossi), High Templar, and Mothership Bonus Objective: Kill the Zerg Bases(We've seen Gates of Hell alot, so maybe vary up the gameplay for once?) If Chasing Bonus: Immortals are allowed if the composition cannot break the bases. Motivation: As the drop pods are likely to remain terran, it would be fitting for the two forces that defended Aiur to burn Char. This is their Counter-Offensive Revenge.
For All In, the funniest composition you can go is "Zagara's Uprising", play as zerg and defend against zerg using zagara's units from the mission(Zergling, Aberration, Mutalisk, Roach, Hydralisk[Baneling if you want to be funny]). BUT If you want good game design instead: THE PRIDE OF AUGUSTGRAD: Have a Duke's Revenge leading a fleet of Battlecruisers. No banshees for the nyduses, no. You're going to use BCs for that. Include Vultures and Hellions as the only ground units, being raynor's raiders whilst the Dominion's forces all got liquified into battlecruiser juice for the fleet. Bonus Objectives: Pride of Augustgrad should survive to the end, Have Atleast one Vulture fight kerrigan each time she respawns(Raynor goin for the chance at the promise he made to fenix), and Eliminate the Leviathan(IF you're going air enemies instead)
I'll be honest I quite liked seeing this campaign again. Real scale is awesome and seeing all wacky things you can do with the new additions to the mod (EX: change from Terran to Protoss/Zerg) made me want to install the game again.
Gates of Hell: Battle of Klendathu - "M.I. does the dying. Fleet just does the flying." - marines only start - to unlock more units, Grant needs to kill spore cannons. Medevacs available after destroying 2 spore cannons, Hercules after 4, to get BC and the rest of the army all spore cannons must be killed Achievements: - "I'm from Buenos Aires, and I say kill 'em all!", clean one base with marines only. - "I'm doing my part.", take down an infester with SCV - "Would you like to know more?", dominate an ultralisk and dropship him on top of nydus worm.
Gates of Heck Yeah - aka. In yo' face, Sarah! She says your forces will dwindle by the minute while hers are endless. Prove her wrong! Reach the 100 supply threshold with Hive Mind Emulated units! You may use your initial defense force, but leave the drop teams to their demise and mind-control the attack waves.

Jimmy and Tychus are fighting in the back of the cave. Can Swann and Stettman make it to the fissures without them? Belly of the Beast, but you can't use Jim and Tychus except during the defense/boss segments.
I liked the original challenge run where you do various stupid challenges other then just unit selection. But this is pretty good too, I prefer to watch this than "yet another faction swap mod"
I honestly didn't like it originally with the stupid challenges. This mod changed up units enough where the unit comps people were giving weren't as good as they sounded. And in many cases, they sounded awful because people were trying too hard to fit a "funny" theme. Often giving wack compositions and an option of like 10 units when Grant typically uses like 2-3 units. It got a little more enjoyable when Grant opened it up and opted to not force those unit comps if they weren't working, but even then, overall I didn't really enjoy the series. I'm glad hes jumping to just the cool final missions and calling it good.
A little sad we didn't see the Primal guardian or fully explore the Brutalisk, and I'm assuming the lack of evolutions a consequence of lacking an evolution mission. But we did start with corruptors i think, so im curious where the Zerg Captial ships live in their tech tree
I don't know what the stats are on this challenge, but honestly I was looking forward to the creative and sometimes lore accurate compositions the community would propose for the levels
The classic Starcraft 1 Zerg solution to dealing with air: Throw Scourge at the problem. Even the Mothership stood no chance against the might of the Scourge.
For gates of hell it would be funny to use only sinners. Hercules will bring as many reinforcements as you wish, but you will clearly have to survive long enough. I wonder if it's possible to do all in, Hercules only. Very kind for the zerg to let you build a base there.... but what if you didn't have a base? (Float your buildings into the corner)
How about recreating the destruction of the Valerian fleet on Char? Build some BCs and see how zerg absolutely crushes them just like they crushed warfield. Maybe do a NARUD II manevour?)
For gates of hell do reaper devel dog Predators (the hell hounds)medics and medivacs as Is torturing them by keeping them alive longer keeping there suffering and any other hellish type of units you may use the reinforcements as there cast off to hell for a reason
all in, protos edition, since you used zerg here, terran on utter darkness, its only fitting the final big bang mission is protos, with the full force of the golden armada come to slay kerrigan once and for all for her betrayal in sc1
I was loving this but I can see why it falls flat at basically being 1/3 of what the gauntlet provided, limiting the creativity a bit too much. I'd love to see a rehash of the gauntlet if that ever gets up and running again though
I've been very much enjoying this one. You should go back and do the rest with community comps, if possible. Unless there wasn't enough engagement on suggestions?
Well, Grant is complaining about things being boring... and he's done Marines only on All In before... but it's really not him that decides if a thing is boring - it's the community! Marines and War Pigs, War Pigs and Marines.
