I have a doubt with the proof submission, if you have recently checked the portal then you can see we have to upload the scan rent agreement, scan copy of rent receipts & also the scan copy of landowner PAN copy. My doubt is will it be acceptable without landowner PAN copy just mentioned PAN number in rent agreement & payment receipt monthly rent is 15k Another doubt is if staying in PG & also land owner not ready to share the PAN copy ( Business PAN) in such situations what action we should take. Waiting for your suggestion.
Yes everyone will face this issue all won't get that fortune to get a pancard of the owner. The only thing we need to is tell them it is very urgent to provide the pancard as part of your company or else the only option is to keep below 8k 😢

Hi they would deduct that tax amount (dont worry if you have any known CA) you can check with them to claim that deducted amount) but in April if you declare correctly from then it wont deduct

As far as I know for less than 8.3k it is not mandatory, if rental agreement is mandatory then you can get it from advocate it hardly takes 30 mins, if it is non mandatory filed then you can leave empty

Hi it will deduct till march or April, in April you have option to declare again. You can contact any CA (Chartered Accountant) to get back the deducted amount if any possibility is there during ITR filing

I guess we need to fill our address unless its asked landlord address. If salary is more it depends on tax declaration 3k to 8k deducted for less than 10lpa more than 6lpa as fixed pay

Rental slip should be separate for each month as far as I know because you need to upload separately for every month ryt...? Even the signature is side by the revenue stamp also issue as for the last year after my landlord signed revenue stamp pasted

Recently this changes made. Your rental location should match with your working location. You need to resubmit, once please check with HR
