How many sets is it advisable to do for a beginner who wants wo lose about 10 kg weight ?
15-20 repetition, Set 2-4 as per your capacity..

Seated twist ka use kaise kre ki 5 kg tak atleast 1 month me loose ho
For Weight loss do atleast 30 min cardio exercises seated twist you can perform alternate days..
