@Daring-s1i and also they REALLY need to rework the assassin marks i have the zanuka mark and i haven seen her in like 4 years now? And also they should add more compeling loot, because just one secondary which is utterly obsolete is not a good reward. Maybe like something like new gun variant of an existimg weapon or hell make the assassins drop loot from the conflicts, like zanuka garanting a vandal part and the grustrak garanting a wraith part.
for the first time in over a year one of Alad's pets jumped me. I thought about how bored Alad must be because he's sending what's basically a toy drone to fight what he KNOWS is a tank on legs. Poor thing got nuked on accident by qorvex's pillar.
You'd expect them to keep such powerful and rare weapons somewhere safe and secure or at least hand it to somebody powerful like imagine fighting an eximus unit who has your meta gun

Essentially like organs or something. Would make sense in the fucked up world of this game. And given the frames nature they can't function exactly on their own outside of rare cases like jade stalker and umbra. Harrow was possessed by a spirit, so I don't count him. But it makes sense the frames could easily just put the structures back in

Considering how few new players ever get to see the special interactions because even the early game was strongly affected by power creep, it's probably about time DE took a second look over assassins and their stats, even just making them bigger damage sponges and reducing the number of conditions required to throw you on the floor and capture you would be plenty.

@@soap-lk9ck You were joking right? Acceltra is utterly insane when set up right. Perhaps you mean that it has issues when doing a 5 hour survival run on steelpath. I wouldn't know. I just play the missions, doing the invasions, quests, sortie, archon hunts, etc.
@@PDVism It takes a lot to keep acceltra going in higher levels. Besides it's very jarring ammo economy, you need a lot of access to mitigate it like ammo mutation on your subsume, gauss as a warframe, and all the mods that improve ammo economy. Besides that, you would also want to slap on the full vigilante mod set to your companion, ideally a carrier just to help deal with ammo economy. And even then, you're damage isn't enough to actually melt enemies unless you've min maxed everything on the weapon, with enough forma, and all the right mods and synergies. To the casual player like me, I actually just want to slap a few formas on the weapon itself and have it screaming right out the gates, and not having to worry about having to synergize parts of my arsenal just to survive. A laetum for example, just a few formas and its golden.
lol I think stalker was able to down me a few times when I was relatively new at the game, but I think zanuka always got bonked instantly 🤣 I’ve never gotten bolted by G3 either though I would imagine it’d be way more plausible for them. It’s probably because I didn’t do invasions until I was a year or so into the game vs stalker who immediately begins bullying you the second you start clearing the starchart
I was doing a steel path mobile defense and hardly keeping it together and then Zanuka showed up and I couldn't fight it and defend the point at the same time

They've probably found and dismantled some inactive warframes around the system. They're smart enough to figure out that warframes are linked to the Void to draw their powers, and from that knowledge, come up with some kind of barrier technology that can temporarily sever this link.
Back in the Ye Old Days, Warframe abilities were actually mods that you had to put onto frames. The Zanuka Hunter was put into the game when that was still a thing, so it’s probably working on that now-outdated logic.
They have shields that prevent them from using abilities inside of it, probably they used that kind of tech. Besides, if Grineer have a device that can cause Tenno to hallucinate Vor's ugly ahh face, Corpus can as well.
Zanuka has to spawn in by you getting a message from Alad V saying you signed up for the zanuka program after siding with grineer on invasions. It shows up like the stalker. Boss fight doesnt count.

there's a mechanic in the game where if you are being hunted by Zanuka (kinda how the stalker marks you after a boss fight), and are downed, you get 'captured', resulting in this side-mission on 'escaping'
Pretty much, getting marked by zanuka is easy, the hard part is it spawning on a mission so i just did a bunch of captures until it appear You can use a zanuka beacon to force spawn it too, but i didnt have one

That said, i never have done this mission before, and yet have about 5000 hours iirc. this ruined nothing to me, only made it funnier imo. note: i have a broken sense of humor, so the fact this is funny to me is hard to explain. Old Warframe is verry different from current Warframe. This was something that could totally happen by accident before. Warframes were much squishyer and had real flaws that only coop could compensate. Crowd control was the META. Self-damage, no shieldgating, limited daily revives and kubrow gambling WAS Warframe.

Needs a rework in general. I propose they make it so you randomly get captured when you log in. Maybe once in 100 days or so.

Do invasions to get marked and then it is RNG every time you do a corpus mission on if it shows. There are also beacons that will force the spawn.
