If I was told when I was 17 that one day I’d be able to watch a member of my favorite band demonstrate their songs on guitar, as If we were in the same room, on a regular basis, I would have thought it was too good to be true. I still do. I’m grateful that I didn’t grow up with this technological feature, those that have will never have the experience of knowing that at times , the only way you figured out certain parts was by going to the show, and trying to get close enough to see how they are playing it, waiting for the part to come, and focusing on that guitar player as of your life depended on it. Ain’t nothin on earth as dedicated as StrungOut and their fans.
Great job Chris, this song brings back memories. I remember always listening to you guys rehearse playing this song during the 2005 tour. I think that I was at every show in California, because I remember taking Rob home because he got sick. The rest is history. Look forward to seeing you guys again after this pandemic is over.
You are so lucky to live in California. Imagine how hard was to be teenage Strung Out fan in Russia in 2000-s with no possibility to go to any kind of their shows :( But in 2016 they visited Moscow and in 2018 I finally was at New York SO show! Hope in 2021 I will listen to guys in Almamater California :)
@@xDissident I looked at your playlist. You have a video of them playing in Los Angeles in 2007. I was at that concert. It was a free and spectacular concert. Wish you the best. Take care of yourself.
Finally get to see how you guys play this song since there are no tabs that show this song at all!! Top favorite from the album!! Will love to see a video soon of more from that album more specifically “Scarlet”
You could get them all on songsterr but I think Chris or maybe someone else from strung stopped them posting it cause of copyright like I don't blame em they work hard to make that music so the only way u can rlly see strung out tabs are buying the songbooks from a site called "sheet happens".
Or maybe it was Rob but either way songsterr were full jacking their tunes and in turn I guess it ruins the sales of the songbooks. Sheet happens works with them tho and heaps other bands.
Yea I remember they were all on songsterr site they're not now chris (As a playable midi) but it says publisher has taken them down same with wilhelms. Weird
Big fan of SO from Mtl. here (25+ years baby!) Got pretty much the same setup as you at home, strat with bridge invader and a peavey. Im really curious what is the lead setup on your peavey back there... (trying to sound strung out as much as possible here ;) what I got is: Pre-Gain: 7(ish) [Equalization] Modern Low: 4 Mid: 6 High: 9 Reverb: 1.5 I would really like to know yours TIA! ps: You, Jake and Rob are the best guitar players out there, keep up the awesome work!

Thanks! That's also a nice "howtoplay" lesson! Love this song, however, like any other else ;)
