    Running to nearest Seiko store now. Absolutely great size. Both my SARB033 and OP 36 fit perfectly on my 7 1/4 wrist. These medium sized watches are naturally more elegant on the average wrist than people realize.

    Purchased it. Loving it more than my other watches. I personally found the green dial is kind of "peaceful" to look at. And moreover take it under the sun dusk or dawn. The green dial sparkles & that's really beautiful. I have seen other green dial watches too. But this one is just brilliant. I have spent hours just looking at it.

    200m, reasonable size, good movement, sapphire, AR and good looks. This is very high on my list. Clasp looks better than on my Turtle and bracelet decent for the budget.
    My wrist is 7.25" too and my sweet spot is 38-41mm, granted some watches wear well with a low lug to lug distance but this is truly on the money.

    I would agree I think the red tip kind of disappears on the green dial. On the blue and black I find it has more impact. But gorgeous watch. I do think the watch falls into the tool watch category regardless of the lume (which is very strong) all alpinist are tool watches and the compass variant use the same lume (albeit green lumibrite not blue). Hi. Just a question. Is there a Seiko watch that is battery operated or similar to it that is as elegant as their Automatic watches? Just bought my first automatic watch, the Seiko SRPD23K1. It is a good elegant watch with its blue dial, but having to re-power it almost every time I didn’t wear it and the + - seconds it adds up every day if it stays power on is kind a deal breaker for me. Just want something that is Seiko but stays on.

    • @ClickSpringReview
      @ClickSpringReview  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      As I remember the model you have has the 4r35 movement which has around 41 hours of power are you getting about this much ? as for time keeping you can get a watch maker to regulate it so it shouldn't be more than around +6 sec a day or maybe better . The next Seiko's up have around 70 hours of power , You should check out some of the Solar range like the Solar Tuna they may suit you better or even the standard battery powered ones , The battery ones don't be but of by the size as they wear about the same as the watch you have , Here is a review of my Tuna th-cam.com/video/xUJdI2f03Cs/w-d-xo.html

    Ist this 6r35 comparable to a Sellita sw200 or ETA ?

    • @ClickSpringReview
      @ClickSpringReview  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The power reserve is better on the 6R35 but the beat rate is still only 21,600 so 6 beats per sec were the SW200 has 28,800 and 8 beats per second you have to go up to the 8L movement of the MM300 to match it Carlos

    • @ClickSpringReview
      @ClickSpringReview  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ps One thing I do prefer with the Seiko movement is the hand winding is a lot smoother were the SW200 if you always hand wind it you can damage the gears , Regulating the movement is harder than the ETA as it has a screw to allow you to regulated which is much easier than the Seiko :)

    12.9 mm thick is actually way too thick for a non-diver watch. It would wear weird on many wrists.

      I see were your coming from the Sinn 556 has 200m WR and is only 11mm thick you should check them out Ive just done an unboxing video of one th-cam.com/video/gq3tA2JT9ig/w-d-xo.html

      I like the printed indices as gives the watch a vintage look the same way I like the unsigned crown, less is more.

    • @ClickSpringReview
      @ClickSpringReview  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Solar powered watches just leave me feeling cold and have no weight behind them , I had an eco zilla once but because I didn't wear it for months at a time it killed it of as I don't like to leave watches out so it wasn't getting any sun light ,
      Autos I can work on they have a beating heart dare I say a soul Robert

    2 micro adjustments for a thousand dollars? No way.

    • @ClickSpringReview
      @ClickSpringReview  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You should be able to get the right fit still and remember a lot of Grand Seiko's and others come with a butterfly clasp so you don't have any micro adjustment
