Chia pudding with oatmeal and banana for breakfast

  • A recipe for a delicious and healthy dish made with chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, honey and banana. Chia pudding will be a great breakfast or dessert for those who care about their health and figure!
    Ingredients:
    100 grams of oatmeal
    150 grams of milk
    100 grams of Greek yogurt
    60 grams of chia seeds
    2 tablespoons of honey
    banana
    Preparation process:
    Pour oatmeal, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey into one container and mix thoroughly.
    Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
    Cut the banana into small pieces.
    Take the mixture out of the fridge and combine it with the banana.
