Make a Mint Julep

Let's Make a mint Julep. It is one of the original drinks, and a drink that was made famous from African American bartenders throughout the 19th century. It's also one of the first drinks to feature ice as one of the main ingredients.
Recipe:
1 3/4 ounces (52.5 ml) bourbon
3/4 ounce (22.5 ml) Jamaican rum
1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup.
Lots of mint
Add everything into a mixing glass and make sure you tear the mint up and use it all. Use a spoon to stir the mint to extract the oils. Double strain into a collins glass or fizz glass with crushed ice. Top with a sprig of mint. Cheers!
