    Your first view, your first comment, I know how difficult it is to start something new, trust and enjoy the process and take it one step at a time, especially if this is something you are passionate about or something that you consider to be part of your purpose.
    I definitely have burnout.... but I do eat well and properly, exercise regularly,drink water etc and try to get enough sleep, but it's just that at 47, I have been doing this work life balance thing for a long time, so early mornings and long 5 day weeks, really burn you out..........

      I'm glad to hear that your basic needs are taken care of. I always start there with burnout recovery, because getting into the deeper work will do no good if we don't start at the foundational level. Sounds like you've been in burnout for a while now, which I get. If you're ready for a change, it might be time to really explore the systemic changes that could help you climb out of it like energy management, values alignment, career crafting, etc. I'd be happy to talk with you more about this whenever you're ready.
