Organifi Red Juice Review - Can It Really Boost Metabolism?

  • In this review, we take a look at Organifi Red Juice, a product that followed up on the very popular Organifi Green Juice but with an ingredient list very much its own.
So how does their Red Juice compare with the more established Green Juice? And what did I think of the taste, price, ingredients, and nutritional value?

Red Juice takes a slightly different angle, promising a huge variety of benefits but emphasizing, in particular, an ability to "boost the metabolism" and confer "anti-aging" benefits.
These are pretty big claims and the product seems to have even greater aspirations than Green Juice. I decided to dig a little deeper and see how many of these claims were supported.
There are 30 calories in a scoop and they all come from carbs: there are 7 grams of carbs, 1 gram of sugar, and 2.4 grams of fiber.
There are just two micronutrients: there's 5 milligrams of sodium (under 1 percent of the RDI) and 8,333 percent of the RDI of Vitamin B12.
With products like these, the emphasis is usually on the ingredients, so I wasn't completely surprised not to see a TON of vitamins and minerals listed on the label.
Organifi's Red Juice has ingredients split up into three proprietary blends, so we don't know the exact weight of each of the ingredients here. Everything is organic, in case that's something you're looking for in your "superfoods" supplement.
A little more on the specific blends below:
Antioxidant Berry Blend (2.1 grams): Pomegranate juice powder, cranberry powder, blueberry juice powder, raspberry powder, strawberry powder.
Endurance Blend (3.05 grams): Beet root powder, cordyceps powder, reishi mushroom extract.
Metabolic Boosting Blend (1.3 grams): Acai juice powder, rhodiola powder, Siberian ginseng powder.
The ingredients also include artichoke inulin and some flavorings: natural berry acai flavor, malic acid, and monk fruit extract flavor.
So what does all this do? When you look at their site, Organifi emphasizes three main benefits: anti-aging, nootropics, and metabolism boosting.
In my full review, I break down these purported benefits and give my own take and thoughts on this product, along with both potential pros and cons for users.

Until you use this product for a month I would not consider this a good review to its extent of research in the ingredients of this product. You took a few sips and made a pros and cons of a good product. Try it for the month and stick to the schedule as required for maximum benefits then do a review. Its nothing more than bashing a good product that has done alot of work in making something good for people.

A review is when you use it for a month then report if you felt any difference or any purported effects. Sorry thumbs down.

@@cynthiajahi2339 - Cynthia no. It has to contain the warning because it is sold in California. They don't add cadmium to their product! However, cadmium can be included in trace amounts because it includes products grown in soil. All companies that sell products in California are required to have that disclaimer on the label. www.organifi.com/prop65/

    • @Reality_TV
      @Reality_TV 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@eugenevallejoiii9131 - Let me explain something to you Eugene about cadmium. YOU EAT CADMIUM EVERY SINGLE DAY AND DON'T REALIZE IT! California is ahead of the curve in that they require food items sold in their state to be labeled to tell you that you might be consuming certain things, BUT the truth is that you are consuming it EVEN IF YOU DON'T BUY ORGANIFI if you eat cereal, cereal products like breakfast bars, chocolate, leafy vegetables, nuts, oilseeds, mushrooms, meat products, starchy food roots, potatoes or several other items. The reason Organifi has to have this warning is because of the mushrooms. Wild mushrooms, in addition to all of those other things I listed, can absorb cadmium from the soil or the water they are grown in. Cadmium gets into the environment through natural means and through industrial pollution. California is just ONE place that requires their food product package labeling to show this! So please stop saying the product contains cadmium. Cadmium isn't added specifically. It MAY be contained in the mushrooms used in the product and, since the product is sold in California, that labeling is REQUIRED. Please learn more about cadmium and how you get exposed to it. Almost every vegetable in the supermarket and almost ALL of the cereals contain cadmium! You are worried about Organifi, but you better be worried about those Fruit Loops, Frosted Flakes and Lucky Charms you eat!
