I love that Judge Boyd recognizes that even small children are aware of violence and anger around them. Children are like little tuning forks and are sensitive to their environment.
I do, as well. I was raised in a violent, dysfunctional "family", and I still, to this day, have triggers from living in that environment. Judge Boyd ALWAYS takes the children into consideration. I love that about her. ❤❤

She had a 3 week old and they were still married at the time. With those hormones surging through her, the stripper is lucky she didn’t do more than break a window.

So, she went over and attacked the girlfriend and the cheating husband. Gets charged, does a plea to lesser charges with deferred adjudication and gets to join in on a trip to Disney.
Then, cheating ex and girlfriend break up, they both want the no contact lifted, and all is well? 😑
Sure people always blame the girlfriend, which is fair, (IF she knew he was married!), however, the husband was the main issue.
He chose to cheat in his wife. But wifey blames the girlfriend, and not the hubby?

When my ex cheated on me, sure I was pissed at the woman too (she knew he was married, she knew us both) however I was mostly angry at the hubby. I definitely didn't go to her place to attack them, I simply told him I wanted a divorce. 🤷🏼♀️. She can have the cheater. She did, and a few years after they got together she cheated on him and took him to the cleaners. 🤷🏼♀️😂

The back to back cases provide insight as to whether the defendants are actually sincere in their claims that if just given a chance they will do better. After all the lame excuses she must hear every day, it's pretty amazing that Judge Boyd usually ends with a cheerful "good luck to you".

I’m still shocked the no contact order was put on hold to allow her to go. I know the Judge is thinking of the child but you just never know what’s going to happen. People don’t seem to think of their child when it comes to attacking their child’s parent 🤷♀️
@@hoptoit5910 Judge Boyd saw it differently, probably because she has more information than we do, and she was right. I'm guessing the stripper imposed upon the family at this mom's lowest point and she just snapped. All that would be in the report Boyd has access to but we don't.

@@HelenByrd-yf9cfyep. Their child had cancer. Im sure that caused a huge rift in their relationship. And then he gets with someone else. Not excusing the behavior, but I think a lot of us might feel the same way as the defendant and maybe key his car or do something crazy. I do hope that they make things work as coparents and if they truly do love each other, who knows, maybe they’ll get back together

Love the back to back hearings and updates. Judge Boyd is great, she does a great job. These cases always kind of chap my butt though. When the defendant or aggressor is female, they seem to receive little to no consequences. I feel like had the husband done what she did, he would have gotten jail time, anger management classes, and supervised visits. Who knows what else. I guess I'm a little biased though growing up with a single Dad and not the greatest mother, toxic, chaotic, manipulative etc.. 🤷♀️ The justice system is not always just.

Thank you for the back to backs shows how the people do better or worse from each time they appear in front of. Judge. Boyd who is a great judge but doesn't tolerate liars and she can tell if the person is lying. She is a very wise. Judge kind fair and helpful too people do better when they follow what she advises. Seems like this woman might have been jealous of.husbands new g friend poor children getting caught up in these separations ugly

That's probably why they're going through a divorce. Sadly, that kind of stress often tears couples apart rather than draw them closer. It's not about selfishness. It's about despair.
I mean, it sucks, but should the parents stay together and fight in front of the kid just because the kiddo is sick? It’s weird that you think people should stay together with this violence involved, just because the baby has cancer. At least let the baby have some type of peace during this time.

Why? Brandi Zamora is the victim. Thought I missed something so I even rewatched all 3 cases. Nothing was said other than naming her as one of the victims. Sounds like the defendant went to drop medication off to her ex’s place, found he had moved on and had a new girl there and the defendant attacked her. Not sure why you feel it’s her fault she was attacked 😖
