you spelled organising wrong it is spelled organizing

organising is British english word and organizing is american english word and i think you are an american.

Both are correct. Open any online dictionary and look for this word. Some words like Synchronise and synchronize, categorise and categorize, tantalise and tantalize are both correct.

lol, your right I checked it out, and organizing is spelled differently, I guess I am used to seeing it spelled with a Z, ok sorry to distract, I know this is rather unimportant but love the video, anyway. Thanks for the observation.

That's what we do here in America, if you can't spell we tend to think that your organization is not professional. So anyone with a good reputation, will not do business with you. That's just how it is, I don't make the rules.
