My current professor presented the exact same powerpoint you used in this video, but, still, I have not understand her lecture because her teaching style is not that good. But when I watched your video, it did not make me sleepy, even though you talked very slowly. You're one of the best professors I have seen. Thank you for sharing your teachings.

thank you so much for publishing your lectures online. I'm not a guy who is good at teamwork and management, but I have a desire for creativities. So I find myself stuck somewhere in between. Too many ideas to be nonmanagerial but too clumsy in management to be an actual leader. Welp, I've been a lead artist of a small team for a year now and after that time, my management skills improve quite slowly and sometimes I feel at lost. This gave me a hang of it and I may actually know what to do now.

Another important determinant of management is working with resources, in addition to goals, people and organization. In fact, working with resources is more important than organization because management exists even in shallow organizations. And working with resources is always a determinant of management.

There is a lesson within a lesson for you out there. There are workers, managers, and owners (and of course stakeholders). Do you hear the kids at the beginning of this video? They are disrespecting their instructor, they make derogatory statements in a language he doesn't speak, they disrespect their environment of learning. They will most likely never make it beyond being a common worker because of their mindset. They will be the same people complaining 10 years from now that their life isn't improving, when they had every chance the receive an education that could change their life. Learn everything you can young people, it WILL make or break you a few years from now. The more you respect yourself and your accomplishments the more you will respect others.
