I am so glad you mentioned that Luke's "Bespin" blaster was in his hand on Dagobah and pointing at Yoda. So many people keep insisting that Luke's Dagobah blaster was the ONLY one he had in hand on Dagobah when proof is in the movie itself.
Did you also know that Hamill used the "Dagobah" rubber prop in Cloud City also? Just after Luke is flung out the large broken window and hanging from the catwalk, watch the film frame by frame as Luke pulls himself back up onto the catwalk. The blaster in his holster is a rubber prop. Also, after Luke flies into the trash tube and comes to his first stop, again go frame by frame as he is trying to get back up you will see the rubber prop but this time the scope and mount are cut away leaving the original yellow resin color behind. This rubber prop actually looks more like Han's Jedi blaster based on the greeblies.
Ya.. not sure if this link will work but check it out. It’s an old post but shows what ur mentioning here 👍 instagram.com/p/CEFnvpLhBPE/ As far as the greeblies go.. the jedi blaster was inspired from the resin prop used in Empire 👍
@@dl44blaster Unfortunately those video clips do NOT show specifically the "Dagobah Blaster" especially didn't show it as Luke stopped sliding in the trash chute like I mentioned in my first comment and that one image was a publicity still and any prop could have been used. I had a comment argument with someone that the "Dagobah" prop can not be specifically identified when Luke runs after R2. Also, when Luke pulls his blaster both times on Dagobah it is clearly the "Bespin" version. When he pulls it when R2 gets eaten and when he pulls it on Yoda. The other person was just flat out denying it and that the entire time Luke is on Dagobah it was the Dagobah version. If screwtube made it possible to put pictures in the comment section I could show you screen shots of both instances. I even just now during commenting here double checked when Luke was climbing down off his X-Wing just before he left Dagobah and zoomed in on the blaster. While it was a bit blurry due to the zoom, that blaster could ALSO be his "Bespin" blaster as well. As I stated to that other person there is NO DEFINITIVE screen proof that the "Dagobah" blaster ever existed on screen on Dagobah. ONLY in Luke's holster on Cloud City and therefore any "Dagobah" blaster replica should not exist if people want to make screen accurate versions. If they choose to make "inspired by" versions, like the Han ANH with silver flash hider, then they can have fun doing that. But if someone wants to make screen accurate versions, then they must do diligent research and watch the movies closely. Speaking of screen accurate, Han's ANH blaster, did you know that technically the "Greedo Killer" should be called the "Alternate Prop" blaster because the 3 second scene of Han pulling the blaster out of his holster was filmed in L.A. and Greedo's death shot was filmed in England making the Hero prop that actually fired on screen the one that killed Greedo. They had to make the Alternate Prop because the Hero prop could not legally come back with the crew after filming was done in England, thus the Alternate Prop did not kill Greedo.
Returning Shadow I like ur conviction. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion so I won’t dispute you on it. The truth is definitely out there for us all find 🙌
I do sell them. You can find them on ETSY.. the price mostly depends on how many modifications are done to the base Mauser to make it more accurate. The ones on ETSY are my fully reworked builds like you see in this video.. DL44Blaster's shop on Etsy etsy.me/1PIiKji
