I would like to set up meal preferences on my form, but I can't change the default value to the required answers, how can I go about creating new default values that would suit the meal preferences question? Hi Megan,
I have a question on how to manage different answers in a form to be applied in a customer journey.
E.g.:
I create a landingpage and insert a form. The form asks for option a and b. Now the customer journey should be like this:
If you opt for option a, you shall receive email 1.
If you opt for option b, you shal receive email 2.
How do I create the form and the customer journey to get this done?

Hi Megan, thank you for the video! They are very helpful. Is it possible to reuse an event registration form for multiple events (hosted on the same domain)? If it is possible, would you have to share the script on the event form with the web builder every time you create a new event?

Hi Jackie - you can use the same marketing form, but you would need to get the script that is generated on the Event record (which is also generated automatically as a marketing form page record on the Form hosting tab of the marketing form). So yes, for each event you would need to share the script so that you are sharing the information linked to the correct event.

Hello! Can you use the same form on several website pages? Or, do I need to create multiple related marketing form pages? I have three separate domains that the same form will be hosted on. Thanks!

Yes you can! As long as you have those other domains authenticated.

Thanks Megan, how do we capture the form submissions from a wordpress site form-7, when they submit does MS Marketing capture his webvisits done before form submission

You can create a marketing form and create a capture form and map it to the form you have on your site. I haven't had time to do a blog or video on this yet but it's on my list!

@@MeganVWalker did you ever get around to a video on this? We're looking into it and there's obviously something we're missing as no submissions work when we activate our form capture, do you need a match standard form?

@@craigrobinson6955 i tried a few times and didn't get submissions, and it went off my radar. Did you contact Microsoft to ask them about it?

@@MeganVWalker worked with our support partner over the last few weeks and contacted microsoft, seems to being logged in insights and copied to our blob storage but the API to send the submission doesnt seem to be firing to create the submission record. I'm close to a resolution, so will share our solution when its in place!

Hello Megan, I have one issue while implementing external code while session out the forms about 2-3 hrs it shows the form has expired msg on the form. so how to stop this error notification.

Hi Saajan. I actually have had this question before and asked Microsoft. During your own testing and review of forms, you tend to be going back and forth from D365 Marketing and your website, reviewing things, closing pages, and flipping around. This means that the form ‘security’ to make sure data is not leaked (displayed to people when it shouldn’t be), you will get the time-out message. It’s unlikely a visitor would ever get it as they will not be navigating around in the same way as you or I would when they are testing things.
