Thanks! Unfortunately the cars keep the population under control here. There is a count sign on Big Pine that says how many key deer have been killed this year.
What a fun place for fisher people. I could see putting it a pool. The outside space and privacy is really nice. I could see finding my way to the No Name and having some of those delicious fries and appetizers ❤
I would think, in order to sell this property, they would have attempted to fix it up: remove the stickers off the wall, paint it, update the bathrooms and kitchen, etc. It’s a wood frame stick house. I’d be scared to death every time a storm approached. BTW: What was the homeowner insurance (including flood) on this property? It looks like the previous occupants left in a hurry. Is this a foreclosure?
No actually the owners bought another home in the neighborhood that I had listed. They are still working on the one for sale, and just completing their move. The insurance on the home is actually very inexpensive for down here. Flood on the home is only $781/year and the Wind is $3580/yr...some of the least expensive insurance I've seen down here in awhile. So, nope, not a foreclosure.
Great video. We live on Jekyll Island. Deer.population got way out of.control and they had to.have many managed bow hunts to get the population down.

Yes please, when can I move in!
Very nice video. Thank you.
Where is the link to find the price ?
In the video description
I watch your videos to get an idea of what houses go for in the keys. If you don’t give a price I don’t think I would watch.
The link is in the description
The taxes per year??
1% of the purchase price… in this case $9500

no offense but this house is a shitter for a mil.
No offense taken… the Keys are not for everyone! Homes here are definitely more expensive than most are used to.
