  • Hey Everyone, my name is Alejandra Montante and this month is Fibromyalgia Awareness Month. I will be uploading daily (wish me luck). Fibromyalgia is a chronic illness and my goal is to spread information about it. From personal experiences, scientific information, optional workouts (depending on how you physically feel and how to handle it) how mental illness effects fibromyalgia, and how to mentally handle certain days (depending on the degree of pain).
    Workout:
    Shoulder Press 3 sets 10-12 reps
    Shoulder Flys 3 sets 10-12 reps
    Lateral Shoulder Raises 3 sets 10-12 reps
    Floor Chest Press 3 sets 10-12 reps
    SuperSet:
    Arm Pullover 3 sets 10-12 reps
