Hi. This was hungarian, not italian ð . Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
The dough
- 8 eggs
- 160 g sugar
- 130 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
The cream
- 1500 g (animal) cream
- 400 g white chocolate
- 250 g sugar
- 4 tps of ground coffee
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Sift the flour with the cocoa powder and beat up the egg yolk. Beat up the egg white with the sugar (but do not make a very hard foam) and mix it with the egg yolk. Then add the flour and cocoa powder mixture to it. Bake it in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Fill the ground coffee into 2 coffee pads and boil with the cream and sugar. Revome the coffee pads and add the white chocolate to it adn mix it well with a stick mixer. Wait until the cream is cooled down to minimum 9 degrees. When the cream has cooled, whisk it on low speed. Cut the cooled cocoa sponge cake into 3 and fill them with the cream. Whipping cream or heavy whipping cream (this one more fat). You can find on the dairy department in the grocery store.
