TRZ guys are the BEST!!!
I can remember when they took over. I put their stuff on my Drag Week car and they have always treated the Drag and Drive guys great since it all started in 2006. I still use and sell their parts. Jeff McConnell says hi.
Mike is an awesome dude! badass shop that builds parts for high caliber cars, yet still shows love to the little guy. I swear by TRZ forever because of their service.
Great podcast!
1>2!
Great interview, I'm from Chicgao and I didn't know the company started here. Shout out to Jimmy Dahl nice mention of him, great guy.
Greatest of ALL TIME
What a great episode. Awesome stories. Really cool to see two people from the industry talking about the history of the small tire world, and the progression of the business’s / parts development etc.
awesome episode, I like to hear from the industries most respected people. As an older guy, new to drag racing, it is refreshing to hear from good people. I come from circle track racing, That is the land of sketchy people. It is good to see racers cooperating. That is what I love about the Drag racing community in general.
Great Episode!! TRZ is a fantastic company!! Glad to finally hear the story of their history! Thanks for sharing!
Trz is the best!! Great podcast really enjoying these!!
This was a great interview.
I would like hear more for sure..
What a great story.
I enjoy all of the interviews, but I really like hearing from the industry guys. I learned a lot from this episode and look forward to the next one.
One of the nicest group of people who I call friends. The support I have gotten from trz is amazing. Awesome interview.
Really enjoyed this one.
Another great episode ! Look forward to using products from both companies!
I first heard about them a long time ago maybe 2005-2007 when maluburacing forum was big and they were a sponsor. First thing I bought from them around that time was solid g body body bushings
I just listened to the real tuners radio podcast with Mike on it driving back from the Carolinas this weekend lol! He sounded frustrated 😊 I'm willing to bet this one will be better Jason 🤘🏼
Man right down the road from my house and never knew, I’d love to go work for a shop like them
Awesome podcast
💪😎
This is the BBB senior for sure
The clear coat/polished on welded deal rather than powdercoat has gone massive in recent years, heck even dmc that redid murdernovas o.g. chassis was left raw/clearcoat
Love hearing the history and behind the scenes of different businesses/peoples race careers and how sometimes people from completely different backgrounds have come together through racing.
Is it just me or is the audio super weird on this episode? Did something change with the microphones?
We had a technical issue but still wanted to release the episode. Decided to work with the audio we had from the cameras.
Trz ttf
What town was trz in outside Chicago
Rockdale, Alsip then eventually Frankfort.
Is that chiefs old ladies kinfolk?
Nobody knows for sure. But we do share a last name and grew up in the same area knowing lots of the same people. 🤷♂️
@mikebraasch7502 maybe the milk man visited back in the day? 😅😅
