Nice running tmd100a ! I tried to look how the v-belts were arranged. How was the water pump running ? It seems you were missing a one v-belt, the inner belts should be doubled. I have similar machine, some changes I did notice like you have double alternator/generators. What are you going to do with the machine ? May I ask what could be the price for the engine in such condition ? I try to locate spare part machine in few years, if I have to change the whole engine from my trawler some day.

What is the idle speed? (ralenti) tks
If it's anything like a normal TD100 or a THD100, it should be around 575 rpm.
