Glad you enjoyed it, we are currently editing the film we have made of Tony running his latest challenge the #3BarePeaks. Over 450 miles from Mount Snowdon to Ben Nevis. It is looking fantastic.

I used to go running on the heath and take a dip with the ducks in the ponds. Was a nice break from city life.

Great inspiration! I think I can begin to take control of the things I struggle with.

Awesome video mate. Any specific reasons for inhalation from the mouth? In Indian and Tibetan practices it is advised that inhalation be strictly done only from the nose. Even with the wim Hof method, nostrils are recommended. Would love to know more about this method. Cheers!

There are various mouth breathing methods, the main one being Stanislav Grofs Holotropic breath practice. Interesting to read up on as it has its benefits for releasing locked trauma in the body.

Help, I cannot do squats feet flat on the ground, any tips + I am sure I am not the only one. Started the Wim hof journey last October and this year I am starting barefoot running. Did too much and got massive calf pain, it did feel so good at the time that I forgot myself, will be more carefull next time instead of doing 2.5k I 'll do 1 each time I go for a run and increase over time. Love and light

I'm going to assume your heels come off the ground when you get too low -- if this is the case, try improving your ankle dorsiflexion (check out some videos on TH-cam) and while in the bottom of your squat, work on pulling your knees away from each other using your glutes while actively pulling yourself lower. Think "butt down chest up". Takes time! Be patient.

Well, when you’re young, fit and healthy, this is obviously within reach and possible. Not so much for a broken, painful body like mine.
