Very serene Brian , what a nice place to just chill out at. Your Loco Moco looked awesome! Safe travels to you , looking forward to seeing you and Kelly get back together.
There is a special feeling to enjoy when the first snow arrives. Calm, rest, I earned my living as a gardener in CA for thirty years before moving to Montana. My first winter was so serene. I had a couple of months off to rest or cultivate other interests. The quiet beauty still brings my great joy. Your meal was a perfect stick to your ribs warming dish. May you be filled with peace. May you be safe and well. Thanks for sharing. Happy Thanksgiving.
...and another Montanan (whose formative years after UM in Missoula was in Berkeley & Oakland...I'm back home after 13 years, now missing the ocean & incredible Californians)! Brian, you do a beautiful job with calming music...sharing your explorations & knowledge, making it so real for the rest of us...thank you
With Thanksgiving just a couple of days away, I have been reflecting on what I am truly thankful for having in my life, and after this video, I am truly thankful for having a toasty warm dwelling for which to call home. Doesn't get much simpler. God Bless, and to Brian, and everyone that is here, a Very Happy Thanksgiving to all. 🦃🦃🦃
The Loco Moco looks incredible. I have never heard of it but will have to try it soon. It sounds like the perfect comfort food. I saw online some recipes for it with spam instead of hamburger, that sounds like another healthy version, NOT! I will plan on trying both. Thanks for another great video.
Thanks for the dinner idea. The kids cleaned their plates! My daughter did complain about the store bought eggs, but her ‘girls’ haven’t laid any for a bit..
I know hot and cold are relative, but I shivered when you said it was fifty-seven in the van, and it was "nice and toasty." Yeah, better than sub-freezing outside, but I'm the type of wimp who fires up the heat when it's below sixty in my van. :D
The snow is very pretty watching it on your video. I too love to see the seasons change. I used to love snow when I was young. However, at my age the only way I like to see snow is like this.
Hey Brian, fantastic video! I love seeing the snow like that clinging to the branches. I love the changing of the seasons also. You can tell how much you love it by the expression on your face while out there walking. That meal with the fire roasted burgers and the rest looked delicious too. It doesn't get much better than eating around a campfire while enjoying nature.
If everyone had you personality, demeanor, and positive attitude, the world would not have any of the problems is does today.. Thanks for another great video.
It would be awesome if you could make a program about the evolution of your van builds. It would be neet to see your different vans and builds in one show!!! You could also talk about what you've learned over the years about solar energy in your application. Just a suggestion. Been watching since maybe 2 episodes before you left San Diego. Have a great holiday Bro!!!
This Florida flatlander would love to see the changing seasons in the mountains again as well. Thanks so much for sharing your awesome adventures with us. Happy Thanksgiving to you & Kelly 💋💞
Really enjoying your videos....sorry we could not hook up in Wisconsin but perhaps next year 2022 we could meet. I like your idea of having a meet up to share ideas. My wife and I just finished a 1970's camper and perhaps we will see you somewhere on the road and have a meal together....be well
For me watching my dog frolicking in newly fallen snow is pure joy. 🐕
I wish I could appreciate snow that much. After 50 years, I'm just over it. Lol.
I would loved to hear Brian playing the flute while showing us the snow. It was very beautiful

I love the first real snowfall

Hawaiians love their spam. Bulk quantities of it stocked on the shelves.
Thanks for the dinner idea. The kids cleaned their plates! My daughter did complain about the store bought eggs, but her ‘girls’ haven’t laid any for a bit..
Looks like a scene from the movie Fargo.

My wife would not think 57 was warm and toasty. 😂😂😂
So good. Thank you Brian
Namaste
I think our family takes more hikes in the winter than the summer actually. We bundle up and hit a trail, the fresh crisp air is very renewing.
Oh my gosh I'm sitting here starving watching that video. That Hawaiian dish looks so good I'm gonna have to try it.
Fire-grilled burgers, Oh Yeah!!!!

Good morning Brian!
Wow, what a difference a little snow makes! Thanks for sharing the experience. ✌️
The simple extension of the picnic table makes way too much common sense. Simply brilliant.
It is so a wheelchair can use the table. 👍🏼
Can never have enough gravy this time of the year, 😆
The perfect way to spend a snowy day. Man that snow was beautiful! I had to put a hoodie on while I watched though. Lol
Selfishly....I like the frequency of your videos lately. I know they are more work than most think...but are truly appreciated.

Such a beautiful sight/site. Gorgeous colors of white and orange. I just want to sit by that lake with a hot cup of coffee in silence.
The crunchy sound of footfall on new snow gives me happy chills. Your work to take me there is so appreciated. ✌
I Love your little ‘magic’ appear and disappear editing! Well done! You make Nebraska enticing ❤️.

That looks awesome! Who says that you can't eat good while camping.
No matter how distant their sites, I’ll bet those other campers were like “Do I smell burgers grilling?”
Relaxing video. Thanks for sharing.
Just a nice little bit of snow to see the beauty of it. Of course the cold was cold. Nice looking meal.
