I work for an agency that normally deals with hearing people but I just got two deaf clients on my caseload and I'd like to learn more about the challenges that the hearing impaired face as well as find some good teaching tools for the hearing impaired. "Deaf job interview" That is great part but not the promblem I am having that VR worker who helps find jobs She did not want do her job where I am located at so I called other VR worker they called that same person that I am near by it is a kind of war. Who can I go and tell on them?
I know that being honest and blunt was not gud idea, even thru I have college, work history , etc. But what if they ask me abt the reasons I quitted? I wanted to be honest abd tell them that I have terrible exp. with hiring manager, previous VR interpter, and boss that led me to quit but my present VR interpter said to not say that. However, the other present interprer at VR said for me to be honest completely , I was confused. I saw your video and know it is not good idea. Thanks
applies everyone deaf hearing, blind whatever, lack of work history is a difficult thing to get by on an interview.
