    Has there been any consideration given to training the low back directly rather that coaching positioning to accommodate the endemic , modern weak low back musculature in people these days? Seems there is growing evidence this entire problem is being approached a bit backwards. Spinal flexion has become something to be feared and avoided as time goes on, and it's been argued this is only contributing to the issue longterm.

      Hello, Thanks for your comment. This was 1 presentation in our 2023 Virtual Conference. Alex Wolf presented on the structure and function of the trunk (all musculature around the spine) and Joe DeLeo presented on screens and trunk training applications to improve work capacity, tissue tolerance, and maximal force expression in rowers.
