    Man, this workout was amazing. I absolutely loved it. I didn't even notice how much I was sweating because I had so much fun. Please consider spoiling us with more videos using the mini ball

    You have been the only person whose workouts I’ve been able to follow on a very consistent basis in the long term. They are all so relaxing, but challenging. I have high anxiety and a stressful job, and fitting in a workout can be overwhelming, but I genuinely look forward to my time with you. I don’t “have to” workout, I “get to” when following your videos.
    You are absolutely incredible and I thank you so much for doing all you do with this channel!

    Wow, that was SO effective! At first I thought, “Oh, I’ll just do the workout without the ball,” but I’m SO GLAD I waited until I had a ball I could use. The ab series burned SO GOOD! Loved this.

    Thanks so much for these classes Nicole. I really enjoyed this one, but then again there hasn't been one I haven't loved. They are great for strengthening the body but also for the mental wellbeing.

    Great class! For anyone without a mini ball - you can still do this class! I didn't have one with me and just focused on squeezing where the ball should have been on my body and still felt those muscles working really hard! Thanks Nicole. 😊

    Just discovered your channel and I absolutely love your videos. These movements are a lot more slow and controlled than other classes I've done and i can feel burn so much more. I love how it feels relaxing and challenging at the same time!

    Great job! More mini ball workouts please! Something to consider…I always give the option of placing the ball a bit higher just in case someone has knee issues. You’re amazing Nicole! Such a great instructor!

    Can't believe I've just now found this amazing workout! I love the addition of the pilates ball. I have neck issues where I cannot seem to turn off my neck muscles so I can never do the Pilates crunch without severe neck pain and muscle spasms for days afterward. With the use of the Pilates ball and your wording of bringing the ribs toward the hips in the crunch, my upper abs/rectus abdominis is on fire! Thank you!!!!!!!

    This was a fantastic class! I've done a lot of pilates classes with the miniball and this was one of the best. Please do a 45 min or 60 minute one!!! Love your style of teaching.

    To anyone who doesn't have a ball - you can definitely use a yoga block (anytime you need to squeeze between your thighs, and under your back for the lying down ab series), dumbbells (glute series, squats, standing leg raises), and a foam roller (the last part where you lift your upper body off the mat with hands on ball/roller). I did that and it was great, really felt my abs and glutes!😅🌟 Thank you Nicole for an amazing workout (as always) - so creative and challenging ☺💖💫

    i love this workout. I can't believe it's only INTERMEDIATE! I definitely felt challenged in all the rights ways and I've come back to this video at least 5 times (whenever I want to work my abs!)

    Since I don't have a pilates ball, I used my son's ball. Some exercises were difficult to perform with it (the ball slipped), so I replaced them with 2 kg dumbbells. Hoping that you will do more exercises with the ball, I will buy a pilates ball. Thank you Nicol for the exercise today, it was very good again! 🥰
