- One Day in San Salvador, El Salvador travel vlog | Visiting San Salvador, El Salvador has been a dream of mine for a long time. El Salvador has a very interesting history from the gangs that controlled the streets, to the reign of President Nayib Bukele fixing all of El Salvador's crime problems. I always felt safe in every part of San Salvador, and throughout the entire country of El Salvador! I am so glad I finally made it to San Salvador, El Salvador, Central America.

El Salvador in history brings reminiscence when El Salvador is the place from where Central América got its independence from Spain. El Salvador was the only one province who fought back Mexico's intentions to "anexar" Centroamérica back in the 1880s, among other historical facts.
Wow; that is awesome and important history!
Great job thanks for visiting El Salvador 😊
Of course! I’m glad I was able to see San Salvador, as well as all the other places I visited too 😊

Thanks for visiting our country remember mi casa es tu casa...
¡Muchas gracias! I had such a wonderful time here 🙌
The Spanish conquistador Pedro de Alvarado founded San Salvador in 1525, around April 1. It was originally located near Suchitoto, but was moved 20 miles southwest to its current location in 1528. The city was established as a department on June 12, 1824, and was the capital of the Central American Federation from 1831-1838.
Wow, I did not know that. Thank you for sharing this historical insight!
are you for real bro? need to check back the history, the first ever city founded was SONSONATE as there is acajutla the port in which hernan cortez got in to conquered the nation and go on his way thru guatemala, honduras, but remember, the first city founded, was: SONSONATE.
@@erniequintanilla9287 Wow. I need to look into that history more! Did not realize El Salvador's historical significance back in the age of exploration.
I am very familiar with the history of the country since the 1970s up until today, though. But all that development LONG before that is incredibly important too

Lando, that is the name of the political party that was in place before Nayb Bukele's government took over.
@@chrisaudato3671 FMLN and ARENA were the two huge ones. Bukele was originally part of FMLN but was kicked out. He joined ARENA for his presidential bid and then formed his own party: Nuevas Ideas. Nuevas Ideas is currently the largest political party in El Salvador, and it’s not even close
estos terengos ya están muertos y no se dan cuenta.
