Planes de Renderos, El Salvador Travel Vlog | Planes de Renderos, El Salvador is one of the most beautiful sights in El Salvador. Planes de Renderos is a town which has many restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the famous Planes de Renderos lookout point. Planes de Renderos is only a 20 minute drive from San Salvador (or a three hour walk if you are into that). I was so impressed with Planes de Renderos lookout point and the views were breathtaking. I am loved the Planes de Renderos street vendors!!! It was street vendors selling typically Salvadorian food down rows and rows. I enjoyed a very nice meal. Do yourself a favor and stop at Planes de Renderos.
In addition to the Planes de Renderos lookout point, I also stopped at another lookout point over San Salvador. This lookout point did not have a specific name, but a local informed me that call it Eagle Overlook. The views seeing San Salvador, as well as San Salvador Volcano was also incredible!
I also checked out Lago Ilopango (Lake Ilopango) which was very impressive. The views of Lago Ilopango were breathtaking. You need to check out Lago Ilopango as well!

👉You only see half of the San Salvador volcano, because it exploded many years ago, but if you follow a line to draw it upwards on both sides you will see how big it was at some point.
