In this episode, we visit the OG of the early morning biryani, the iconic Mani Dum Biryani in Hoskote. A tiny biryani shop that began with a two-kilo biryani pot in 1982 to feed a handful of truckers on the route, but is today an iconic destination where a few thousand converge each week to feast on a spicy mutton biryani that is dished out in the hundreds of kilos.

Mark is in safe hands 👏🏼
Getting the proper knowledge about Indian cuisine
Proper knowledge ka pata nahin atma bhai apna promotion jarur karwa rahe hein
@@ayaskanta100 im sorry i dint catch you
@@Beautistahe's saying he's salty that mark isn't covering his diarrhea butter chicken vindalooo
Happy to see that you are translating it in kannada ❤
I really appreciate the way how you teach the foreigner guy about our Indian stye of eating and teaching him the basic language
True, he always wants to use Kannada and promote it. Wish he did the same with Hindi speakers who r the real problem bcoz they never learn the basics even after settling down in Karnataka for decades.
Hi. Kripal
I have visited mani dum biriyani on 17th with my family..
It's my wife birthday & she enjoyed a new flavor. It's her first time 4am early morning biriyani
Really the food reviews made & suggested from your end are truly amazing..
Belated birthday wishes to your wife, am glad you enjoyed your Hoskote biryani outing.
First 🥇 Comment Kripal Ji From USA, It's midnight here in Texas & cannot stop cravings after seeing your Video

Great Biryani Review and Eating - Mark and Kripal Happy Biryani's Eatings - Superb 🙂
Nice.
It was wonderful watching this episode. Though I am a vegetarian I just loved the way you explain the whole process to Mark. ❤
Thank you, Sunitha, that's very sporting of you.
Welcome to Bengaluru Mark❤❤❤
it's through the Discovery or Gegripglac channel they're trying to achieve, his expression with each and every bite is never negative. He radiates positive vibes! Love you Kripal Sir! You are living Legend❤
Kripala Sir Wonderful Videos from your Yummy and delicious 😋😋🤤🤤
👍👍👍👍
Good
Hi Kripal, huge fan of your work. Thank you for the numerous recommendations.
Couple of comments.
1. Can you comment on what the dark liquid is when the biryani was cooking? If oil why was it black.
2. As part of your reviews it would be great if you can focus on the quality of the ingredients used since you visit kitchens.
Good afternoon dear Kripal - Two legends back again 💯💯 The cauldron in which they make the Dum Biryani is massive 👌 I have watched Mark vide his vlogs waking up in the wee hours of morning to eat some of his favourite breakfast 👍 Very well articulated by Mark on his knowledge of Biryani ( OG indeed ) It’s so wonderful to see you take Mark on a Biryani trail in Bengaluru 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Hello to Manjunath 👋 Whoa they make 900 Kgs of Biryani-incredible 👌 Love the way Manjunath worship the wood before using it to fire 🔥 it up to cook the Biryani 🙏 Huge respect to Manjunath 🙏 You are educating Mark on each step of the process of making the MB 👌👌👌 Whoa that spicy secret recipe literally “woke” both of you 😀The MB soup broth seems to be sheer bliss 😋 As usual you dissected the ingredients of the MBB 🙏 It’s an arduous process to churn such a massive quantity of MB ; truly impressive 👌 Thats a huge quantum of ghee being used in the preparation. Good history on the background of the inception of the Mani’s DB 👌 Such small nuances help us to understand the wholesome experience. Ha ha ha good to watch young students waiting patiently to savour the Biryani ( in the wee hours ) . That’s commitment 💯💯 . Indeed a hygienic place and thorough cleaning process to ensure no ash gets back into the Biryani 👍 Whoa in 2024 and they still follow all the rituals from a religious tradition perspective 🙏 It’s worth the wait to the customers who have been waiting patiently to get their plate of MB .Finally time to savour the iconic MB . Mark thoroughly enjoying the MB along with the juicy & succulent meat 😋😋 Totally drooling watching you both enjoy the MB 🤤 The meat is literally fall of the bone types . Mani’s MB is genuine the OG 💯💯 I am sure Mark will remember this experience for a long time . Perfect Mark - Despite the massive quantum of cooking they haven’t compromised on the quality and with an additional and critical information provide by you on the importance size of the animal in terms of consistency 👌👌 The condiments also play an important role 👍 MB with raita is a great combo . Time for some deep fried chicken and unfortunately it pales in comparison to the MB . Extremely happy that Mark and you thoroughly relished the Mani’s MB at Hoskote 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Wow the next vlog would be a continuation of the Biryani trail . Super eager to watch the next vlog with Mark . Thoroughly enjoyed every frame of this incredible vlog . You have just helped me built an appetite for my lunch . Thanks once again for this amazing vlog . Take care & stay blessed 😇 Have a wonderful weekend ahead 👍 Loads of love & respect 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️
Hi Rajesh, glad you enjoyed this one too. This was a fun morning, tasting three biryanis across Bengaluru. The next episode should be interesting too. Btw, stay tuned for the Charmadi drive vlog tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend. Cheers!
2 Foodie legends in one frame ❤🎉
Super Food Bro 🍗🍗🍗🥩🥩🥩
appreciated that foreign guy
Hi Kripal, I've been a fan since your early days and truly appreciate your videos. I have a small suggestion: sometimes it feels like the enthusiasm overshadows the content. Maybe you could let the food speak for itself a bit more, allowing viewers to form their own impressions. This might create a more natural and engaging experience. Keep up the great work!
I too follow Kripal from many years and he is my favorite food reviewer. However, you articulated my thoughts perfectly. In his recent video with Mark, his reactions to the food seemed overly exaggerated. While I appreciate how he explains Indian food culture, I believe he should let his guests share their genuine opinions about Indian food rather than pushing them to agree with his perspective.
Hi Kripal, great fan of your work. One request, why don't you make the veggies happy by posting some content about the best vegetarian biryanis in Bengaluru.
Pulav not biriyani
Probably that day everyone got best biryani at manis dum biryani because of Kripal and marks visit 😜🙌🏻
Got your SARCASM BRUHH 😅
Part 2 of the previous version but the venue also seems to be improved with all those graffiti missing on walls.
Good afternoon all friends
On your mark get set go 😂
U should try chichabas taj
Stay tuned. Also, watch the close of this video.
It's vey taste but ok 😊
The build up for an ordinary biryani is amazing😂
You start a food center and run it successfuly for years. Then you have all the rites to speak good bad everything.
I doubt that should I call it biryani or not because in this way we prepare Tahari in our home, for me Biryani is all together different thing.
The hyperbole in this video is off the charts.

Please make him try Ambur Biryani and Meghanas/ Nagarjuna Biryani as well :D
We've tried a couple more biryanis, you'll find a preview at the close of this video.
@@FoodLoversTV looking forward to it. Love the Collab videos!
@@sakrokz thank you.
High Masala biriyani but meat taste is pretty good
Im a fan of Kripal. but it seems like He is imposing his thoughts on Mark Wein. We could see the briyani is way too spicy and both Kripal n mark are struggling to eat it😂
Appreciate you're a fan @harikarthik519 however speaking of my 'thoughts, here's a nugget for you: Mark Wiens is too accomplished and experienced a food TH-camr at the top of his game to let his thoughts be influenced by anyone, leave alone someone as inconsequential, in a relative scheme of things, as me. He genuinely enjoyed the biryani and its flavours and expressed his thoughts accordingly. What I feel is that you are perhaps letting your perception/ impression of this particular biryani cloud your understanding of what you're seeing in the video. Cheers!
video ge clean madtavre kaalru 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 masku glovesu 🤣🤣
I loved how he offered it to fire. Sanatan dharma teaches to see god in everything. Thats y our nation is still standing strong
God doesn't love the scriptural offering instead excited if we feed poor one if u had ability
@@aspirantstudent9459 He probably already feeds the poor. But only those empty at heart, morally deracinated or perhaps hindu haters would post a comment as you did
@@cipherw00t Brainwashed generation. A part of followers say those who eat meat are not hindus. Another group of people say eating a particular meat is wrong. And one group says we are the real hindus because we only eat veg food. No wonder people are converting to christianity and Buddhism. A collection of castes who eat different things and have different values cant co exist.
@@aspirantstudent9459in every hindu Buddhist Sikh Jain temple gurudwara etc they feed every one for free but in Christian if they give 2 kg rice they expect convertion

Not recommended to start the day with that greasy(too much ghee) biriyani
Not up to mark . Normal taste not worth it. Just making TRP
But we are not beef lovers bro.. We are not same......
@@punithvenkatswamyreddy9054 Not sure what his comment has to do with your communal comment
How can a talk so much ?
This now look more like a staged Reality Show. :)
