Great video, I have been using an SCRUM approach for a non-software development team. I believe all concepts are applicable, still it is a great way to work. They key is to letting go the need to follow the SCRUM by the book, you must adapt the framework to a language that a non-software person can understand.
Using scrum in non-technical software company is really challenging but when every company figures out their benefits of this scrum, they get along with really good, thanks for your perfect podcast,Could you please give us an example about Definition of Done in a non-software company like operational one? thanks.
