Will definately try your recipe, looks 👍🏻 just a side note pls don't use plastic with any hot/warm edibles, plastic breaks down in both hot & cold temperatures. Instead just use a metal bowl drill some holes 🕳 in it & lightly grease the surface.

In fact, when I used wet rice flour, i adopted Viet way of tying a tight cloth on the mouth of a steaming pot and it was successful . We had dried the springrolls in the sun, my daughter roasted it in microwave, it was a crunchy snack. We In South India make this in flat stainless steel plates, stacked in a stand and steam them. In rural, they draw this on any flat dry ir edible leaves. The dried ones are stored for rainy days, which we deep fry in coconut oil. An yummy crunchy cracker. For variation, you can grind green chillies,or red chillies with asafoetida ,as a paste, and mix to the one day old fermented rice flour
