Hi Jeff; Your tutorials are amazing but I have a couple questions. If you reply I would be very happy. First I follow the path that like you told in this tutorial. My steps are like following; 1. Import points to the Sgems. 2. transform point data to the normal scores 3. Create variogram from normal score 4. Run Sgsim with point data and variogram of normal scores 5. finally back transform simulations to the originals in step 1 But you use I think grid's data to transform and I couldn't do that. Thanks.
Hello Jef. Probably it is useless asking on a 4yrs old video, but is very difficult finding information about SGEMS online, so I have to give a try. I'm doing SGSIM simulations on a 2D dataset which cannot be reduced to a rectangle gird. Therefore I'm trying to use masked grids for doing so, but the software crashes all the time once I upload the grid. I tried also with another version, SGeMSx64-beta, which correctly upload the grid, but once I run the SGSIM it is not able to do more than 1 simulation giving some "can't write temporary file" error. Have you ever had this problem?

How can one export the simulated maps (such as in tif format) from sgems for use else where?
yes, you can. I often just do ctrl printscreen and use PPT, but you will find an option in the visualization window

Thank you for your interesting video! But how do I export simulation objects along with their coordinates in Sgems?
you can export simulations as a vector (no coordinates) using save object. Check the free online manual for conventions
