Honestly, Grace, I am so thankful for your videos at the moment! Self isolation sucks being single and living on my own, and I can't go to work due to short time work. But watching your videos feels like talking to a good friend and it keeps me sane :)

Anyway, while we have everything Kinder and quite some varieties of mcvities cookies, I have never seen the penguin bars in German nor Dutch supermarkets. Is it any good??

honestly, your mum saying that she's too tall for yoga cracked me up lol but in all seriousness, I suffer from asthma too and found that it's helped me with having to control my breathing and like with most yoga videos you do breathing exercises which can help with your lung capacity also unlike most types of physical exercise it's a lot more about slow controlled movement instead of high-intensity so I then don't have to struggle with losing my breath or feeling faint and I can still stay fit and healthy. (also very helpful with de-stressing and keeping calm especially in times like this)

Hi Grace, I haven't been out shopping since all this lockdown started, all I've done is go over the park over the road from me with my sausage dog, called Sausage and we just run around back and forth like lunatics getting our exercise and come home. I'm nervous about going to Lidl for the first time though, I don't know what to expect☀️🙂❤️

@@deeward5565 Yes, most people go earlier so they can get the fully stocked shelves. Only issue with going later is there might not be much left on the shelves. To be fair, I've not waited more than 15 minutes in a queue, just come prepared with a podcast or something to listen to and it's fine. Good luck :)
If your mom has severe asthma and is in the danger Group due to Corona, you should actually be isolating apart. Otherwise she will still be in danger of the disease since you could get it. Here in Denmark people that are in severe danger due to chronic diseases are offered apartments and vacation homes to self isolate if they live with other people. Just a heads up, i love your videos and family and hope you are all getting through this. Your videos are a ray of light in these times where every day is the same 😂
I agree with what you're saying but if grace and the rest of the family aren't going out either then theres no way they can get covid 19 themselves to pass it on to their mum. So since none of them have it, and none of them are going out, its okay to isolate together ☺️

Similar to your skin, if your scalp or skin is oily it basically means you have dry skin and your skin is trying to produce more oil. So you need to not wash it often. I only wash it once a week. If your skins oily too you need to use moisturizer. Hope it makes sense, love your videos :)
I assume penguins are kinda the like Tim Tams in Australia they look similar. Maybe you should do a video trying Australian snacks and desserts. I'm also trying to not wash my hair too much. I have quite long fine hair and I hate it when it gets oily and it's funny because my mum also has short curly hair lol. I love your videos! :)

I envy all your breakfast options. Due to many intolerances I follow the Paleo diet which is very restricted also my country doesn't have alot of the ingredients that the US and UK have to make more options. I miss just eating jam on toast.

In Germany, as in the Netherlands we also have Kinder Penguins (refrigerated chocolate bars with a creamy milk filling) :-)
