velogoo Many mouthwash’s don’t contain fluoride but those that do, have it at a far lower amount than toothpaste (mouthwash is around 250ppm and toothpaste is at least 2000ppm) so it has minimal effects. Your better off using a mouthwash after meals to help top up the fluoride content in your saliva rather than brushing because it will have very little effect 😄

Well, also swallowing it makes you sick, if I don't rinse my mouth I get so nausious I throw up, I don't care what the dentist says, I'm not leaving that stuff in my mouth to swallow it constantly for hours and feel like I'm dying. Plus when they made me swish flouride every single week for a year in 5th grade as some kind of experiment to see if it was better to swish flouride once per week instead of twice per year at dentist cleanings, and what do you know, my teeth mysteriously started falling apart after that, and they also stopped that program and never tried it again. I switched to never use flouride and brush with flouride-free toothpaste and my sensitivity actually improved, even though it's too late to reverse the damage now. People think if anything is good for you then more is better, that's a scientific fallacy of the highest order.

Have the people running the study specifically told you the exposure to fluoride is what caused the damage? I’ve never heard of this study and such dramatic effects are definitely scary and I would’ve thought would be highly publicised? Where you the only person this happened too? About the topic of brushing your teeth, it is recommended not to wash your mouth with water after you brush your evening to increase the percentage of fluoride (from the toothpaste) to stay put on your teeth. I would recommend you washing of your moth with a mouthwash after brushing your teeth, that way you can clean out your moth from toothpaste at the same time you still have a protective layer of fluoride intact. But of course if you want clean out your moth with water after brushing your teeth but just remember for each wash 20% of the fluoride goes away with it as fluoride is soluble. We celebrated Christmas this weekend as last Christmas my sister was critically ill in hospital. We had Christmas decorations, Christmas dinner, gifts, watched Christmas movies and did Christmas crafts and games etc. It was weird to have it in summer but it was so fun! Also have you ever made the ice cream bread? I’m intrigued to see if it actually works or tastes good? xxx

I live in Tasmania, Australia and my town went into lock down. Our hospital closed to get cleaned because there was an out break there. We are now 40+ days without no cases and things are slowly getting back to normal for Tassie anyway. Still social distancing though.

Cetirizine, a common antihistamine - it has a liquid version for children. It is vegan. Apparently if you speak nicely to your pharmacist they should be able to help you out :)

I have been watching your vlogs all week now and they are really fun. I also love baking and it’s nice to see what you are making. I can answer your question about people not seeming to be social distancing in the U.S. videos that you were watching at the time. We have rules but hey are different all over the country and they are mostly not being enforced. Where is live masks were mandated on Saturday (it’s Wednesday now) so I went to the grocery store thinking that things would be safer for me now and it was actually worse. None of the grocery store wearing a mask and most of the customers were not either. People in here just don’t seem to care about each other. They are more concerned that “their rights are being violated”. I absolutely feel hopeless right now about everything. It’s very grim here. Also..omg! Kitchen Aids are the best! I got a red one for my birthday a few years ago and I love it. It doesn’t fit under my upper kitchen cabinets, though, because my kitchen is from the 40’s!

Yay!!! I am so happy you got a KitchenAid mixer. I absolutely love mine. I got it as a wedding gift from my brother. I was just telling my husband the other day that you really needed a KitchenAid, especially since you are a baker. Now all you need is a good set of knives. Every time my husband sees you cutting something when you're cooking he gets so annoyed with the dull knives (and wrong type) you're using. He said that if we lived in England he would send you a set because it bothers him so much. He's funny about things sometimes haha.
Rinsing after brushing -- A good idea as most toothpastes contain a sweetener which you wouldn't want sitting on your teeth and gums. After a dental cleaning, we're offered water to rinse with and they rinse as they clean. There are no benefits from leaving toothpaste foam in your mouth. Love the mixer! Mine is white, but I'd have loved baby blue or pink or yellow .. too. (I know they can be painted, but I'm no DIYer.)

I live in Tasmania, Australia and my town went into lock down. Our hospital closed to get cleaned because there was an out break there. We are now 40+ days without no cases and things are slowly getting back to normal for Tassie anyway. Still social distancing though.

Cetirizine, a common antihistamine - it has a liquid version for children. It is vegan. Apparently if you speak nicely to your pharmacist they should be able to help you out :)
You can also get Piriton liquid over the counter which as far as I know is vegan too

I have been watching your vlogs all week now and they are really fun. I also love baking and it’s nice to see what you are making. I can answer your question about people not seeming to be social distancing in the U.S. videos that you were watching at the time. We have rules but hey are different all over the country and they are mostly not being enforced. Where is live masks were mandated on Saturday (it’s Wednesday now) so I went to the grocery store thinking that things would be safer for me now and it was actually worse. None of the grocery store wearing a mask and most of the customers were not either. People in here just don’t seem to care about each other. They are more concerned that “their rights are being violated”. I absolutely feel hopeless right now about everything. It’s very grim here. Also..omg! Kitchen Aids are the best! I got a red one for my birthday a few years ago and I love it. It doesn’t fit under my upper kitchen cabinets, though, because my kitchen is from the 40’s!
LA gal here: restaurants are mostly back open, some bars open again, masks still required, beaches open....still supposed to be socially distant, but very few people are following all the rules properly. luv u grace!

Yay!!! I am so happy you got a KitchenAid mixer. I absolutely love mine. I got it as a wedding gift from my brother. I was just telling my husband the other day that you really needed a KitchenAid, especially since you are a baker. Now all you need is a good set of knives. Every time my husband sees you cutting something when you're cooking he gets so annoyed with the dull knives (and wrong type) you're using. He said that if we lived in England he would send you a set because it bothers him so much. He's funny about things sometimes haha.
Rinsing after brushing -- A good idea as most toothpastes contain a sweetener which you wouldn't want sitting on your teeth and gums. After a dental cleaning, we're offered water to rinse with and they rinse as they clean. There are no benefits from leaving toothpaste foam in your mouth. Love the mixer! Mine is white, but I'd have loved baby blue or pink or yellow .. too. (I know they can be painted, but I'm no DIYer.)

Hey Grace! I'm so glad that you're taking ginger shots for your hay fever, couple of other natural remedies that I would recommend looking into would be: Nettle (you can drink it in tea form) as well as Elderflower and Echinacea herbs. Look into it for yourself, but it's been use for ages! Xo
