Awwww all the pets around the world will think it's Christmas hehe.. with all the extra attention they will be getting!! ♥️✌️☺️ When at the supermarket peeps don't forget to get your pets some treats!! 🍖🍗
going for a walk is actually very very important!! because you’re already in the house all day so the best thing you can do to stay healthy is to go and get some fresh air!
Positive thing. I was in uniform today and a person randomly walked up and said " Bless you for the job you do. How hard being a nurse is right now". As exhausted as I was...what a Blessing. 🤗 It was so uplifting! And honestly made me feel so proud of myself. I dont have the highest self esteem sometimes, so I was grateful. I don't even know him or what his name was! Bless him and Bless you too, Grace. 🥰🦋🙏🏻
Something positive(for me) is that Odeon is closed for the time being so I get paid to self isolate👀. Also, because people haven’t been going out as much, or businesses/companies running as usual, the waters in Venice aren’t a murky brown but are clear, u can see little fishies swimming there, and birds are landing there and bobbing along now it’s cleaner 🥺
That's amazing!! It's like how in Wuhan, they can now see blue skies again, whereas before it was just a load of polluted mist/fog :) I hope this means people will be a little more conservative with their environmental impacts in the near future :)
Emily lol everything happens for a reason. I have a friend who’s son is coming home from college also...I wrote him a little note. I said, when I was collage age I had to move back in with my dad for around about a year. That year was some of my all time best memories in my life and so many memories with my dad. My dad is now gone(almost 3 years now)....and that year was a truly a gift to have. All those memories is all I have now. Cherish the moments.”
phoebe.x I have a very toxic mother...I definitely understand that...she kidnapped me and my brother and kept us away from our dad for a few years when we where kids. Believe me I understand...sadly she is still alive and my dad is the one who is gone.
positive comment time: the fact grace is uploading so much and entertaining me is the best thing that’s distracting me from all this drama in the world, literally love this girl
Positive comment: I was watching a TH-cam video and the girl in it said she’s wanting to buy food that other people in need won’t need to buy as she’s thinking about others before herself. She’s also providing entertainment and smiles to thousands then offers to help people if she can. There is good in the world. Thank you Grace.

I’m stuck at home waiting for my Corona test to come back, and I’m so bingeing your vids. It’s helping take my mind off things thank you so much for being you!!!
My highlight of the day : it's very sunny and it's been a while since I've been able to enjoy the sun so I've been studying in my garden with my cat and it's been quite lovely 😊
Fun fact: blue is widely favoured as it has the psychological effect of calmness and stability. Exposure to blue can slow your heart rate and calm your mind.
Hey Grace, It is definitely recommend to keep yourself active in a safe way such as walking or jogging outside! As you said, you wouldn’t be in close contact with anyone so there is very little risk. Walking outside is a great way for your body and mind to destress and keep you healthy at a time like this! Lots of love, your local healthcare professional ;)

Hey Grace just wanted to thank you for your videos. I just lost my job and have been home sick for the last 10 days and am super stressed but your videos help me calm down and remember to enjoy the simple things. You bring so much joy
Thank you for the appreciation I work in a supermarket all I ask is you keep being kind to people if you need to go. It's a really rough time at the minute. Thank you for being my day of sunshine when I come home from work. My positive, it's my day off tomorrow so no 5am start for me. Xxx

I love how positive you are, truly truly picking up my mood so much. it's so refreshing just watching normal people vlog whilst I'm in isolation, thank you!!
Literally loving these daily videos from you grace! I'm really struggling with what is going on at the moment, as are many and your videos just lift me up so thank you. Positive thought of the day: I love how when I wiggle my fingers at my car she expands her paw and closes it again like she is waving back to me :) - yes I realise that is crazy, but trust me. I love coming home from work and watching your videos each day! I'm a Pediatric Resident and am working in a Pediatric Emergency Room right now and definitely need a dose of happiness and positivity when I get home. Thank you for posting daily vlogs while you are social distancing!

Watching your videos whilst feeling incredibly alone and scared during this time is calming me down ridiculous amounts 🧡 such a purely positive person which is what we all need right now x
1 positive thing: myself and my best friend had a huge laughing fit at school today and it was the best moment of today for me😂I also went on a nice walk💗I hope you’re well😁xx
8:20 My favorite overnight oats recipe (from Oh She Glows): Ingredients: 1 large ripe banana, mashed 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup almond milk / non-dairy milk Toppings: Natural Nut Butter Coconut flakes Pure maple syrup Nuts / seeds Mini chocolate morsels Mash the banana until smooth. Stir in chia seeds and cinnamon. Stir in the oats and almond milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, stir the oat mixture to combine. Add topping(s) of your choice. Enjoy!
Something positive: I work at a vegan restaurant and our manager gave all of my coworkers and I all the fresh produce and treats to take home for our friends and family and the rest is going to the food bank :) 💖
I’m from Texas and here all the focus on social media is towards those that are “hunkered down” at home. YOU just acknowledging those of us still having to work (I work in a cardiologist office) means quite a lot!!
No joke, you've made my day. With all the issues with exams not happening and school being cancelled I don't know what to do with myself it's really tough! Thank you so much Grace, much love xx
Hi Grace!! I haven't been on youtube much recently so I hope you can vaguely remember me. It is incredible how much your channel has grown since I last was able to watch one of your videos [final year uni life!!] and I'm so proud of how far you've come since I first discovered you with 12k. Woo!!! Hope you're well xx
try the overnight oats with almond milk instead of water! positive thing (for me anyway): a level exams have been cancelled and a huge weight have lifted off my shoulders:)
A positive thing from today is that whilst I'm self isolating I'm only allowing myself to go out to dog walk and I think most people are doing the same so everyone was so chatty, even though we were stood apart I really cherished that human interaction as no one else is home with me
per your park/walk question- yes! you can definitely go out in nature for a walk as long as it’s not crowded and you aren’t touching anything. it’s super important to regularly stay active and get fresh air during this time :)
Confined people in France and Belgium are allowed to go out on their own (in France) or with someone at least one meter apart (in Belgium) to exercise...So I would say that a walk by yourself is fine....
Ive been told that going for a walk is fine. My mums had a heart bypass and got told that walking (as long as no one is about) is advisable to help strengthen herself. Walking and exercise is good for ur mental health. In 1918 they actually used fresh air tontreat spanish flu (viruses travel less well outside, and the sun/exposure has lots of benefits).
7:31 loved spying all your christian books, love a bit of ortburg! It's really nice to watch someone so relatable as a fellow christian gal in her 20s!
A positive thing for me today is I’m moving house tomorrow with my family and the house we’ve bought is STUNNING, I love your videos so so much, keep posting them as you help so much xxxxxxxxx
Positive: I have time to repot all my house plants. Not sure the rules in the UK. Here in Boston we are told to stay home as much as possible. Limit trips out to food shopping and other must haves. Walks outside are ok as long as you don’t gather with others. I still take my pup out for his regular walks, no dog parks though.
something positive: i got my new guitar in yesterday and I learned to play one of my favourite songs (cocoon by catfish and the bottlemen) in just one day 💓
Positive thing: I am still working every day (in agriculture) Things you can do: reasure people, there will be no food shortage as the agricultural and food industry are prioritized (I am French working in Canada and the USA and all these countries let us do our jobs without restriction) . The shelves are empty because of peoples panicking. Ask people to keep their usual consumption habits, don't hoard, governements are not going to prevent from going to buy food (see the example of france). Also you can try not to share empty shelves images as it creates more anxiety and people tend to reproduce behaviors (here hoarding). Love the vlogs keep the fun coming. Best from Canada 😘
Grace - LOVE these LONG vlogs - you are doing a VERY important job in these times - entertaining your followers - you made us smile last night - thats the best help you can give people - keep it up!
Thank you so much for continuing to upload videos during this time. It is so calming, and I've just recommended you to my teens when they get bored at home (youth worker here).
My positive thing is I love your videos. I’m in small town USA and I was exposed to corona 14 days ago by a Walmart employee, I have been home alone for 14 days in isolation and I will have to go another 14 because I’m still sick and don’t want to risk anyone else. Watching your videos is the highlight of my days now, I think your entire family is Awesome and your so lucky to have such a close relationship with them. You look like your Dad who cracks me up by the way. And your sister Chloe and your brother Jessie look like your Mother. I have been binge watching your videos because I always get such a good laugh and it helps to lift my spirits. Keep on doin what your doin because your videos do make a difference. Sending you and your family lots of Love from small town USA.
uhh i love how caring you are for us who still work … i am a barista and i was working in a pub (until today :/ ). we are trying so hard to keep our small coffee shop running but it's really hard because most customers are not coming anymore so we are cutting hours and hoping for the best … i saw someone encouraged small coffee shops to share their virtual tips to help support them in these hard times. for now we are just waitimg for uk to tell us to shut and hoping that we dont lose all the customers ... stay healthy Graceee xx
Positive thing: my boyfriend and I have been doing long distance for most of our teenage years, but august/September this year we’re hoping to finally close the distance and get a place together. I’m due to go see him in may, haven’t seen him since Christmas, but unfortunately travel bans might ruin that for me.
I'm in the US and in my state, basically everything is closed except shops. I work at a supermarket, and my positive thing is that today is the first of two days off! This craziness has been so exhausting. We have been so busy and running out of things like mad. I'm so glad for quiet time.
I’m making good tips with carry outs at my restaurant right now. That’s my biggest thing is make sure you’re tipping people still even if it’s for takeaway.
I ordered some stamps (which, amazingly, are a limited edition sets of women in Irish history) and am putting together handmade postcards for my friends while in lockdown :)
So my uni decided to go completely online for the rest of the term so I'm stuck at home, but I've been binging your videos to keep entertained and it's helping loads so thank you! Positive thing: I did all the laundry in my house including covers and sheets. I feel accomplished even if I am ignoring my school work.
Positive thing: I’ve had anxiety since I can remember, and started to develop depression late last year and battled with it on my own until December when I asked for help. January this year was the hardest for me in terms of mental health, I went to some dark places and started working through a workbook and going to the doctors to deal with unhelpful thoughts and try and reframe my thinking Anyway, my positive thing is - the past few days I could feel a relapse back to how I was in January since I’ve been stuck indoors with just my thoughts and started putting into place the skills I learned, and I’ve managed to pull myself back from the edge which I never could’ve done during January. Might not seem a big deal, but to me it’s huge.
Positive thing organised the book shelf haha. Did more veg gardening. Listened to some 90s-00s feel good girl power/girl movie music. Needed the nostalgia boost 😍😍😍
Positive things! I made cookies yesterday and they are SO GOOD. I had a zoom meeting for my research lab today, and I sat outside for it, and it’s so niceeee
Its perfectly ok to go outside for a walk or to the park, as long as there are few people there. The problem is mainly with crowded public places. I don't know about the UK but here in America they have closed movie theaters, gyms, ect.. and all public events have been canceled. Don't worry the supermarkets will stay open they are essential and can not close. They may limit hours and how many people can go in at once but they will be open. I work in a grocery store and things seem to be calming down a bit. However, we are still low on stock because warehouses are out. Stay home as much as you can and be safe!
Yes walking and jogging outside for short period of times is encouraged as it good for general mental and physical health, so as long as it isn't in a crowded area and there is an appropriate distance it's fine.
Walks In open spaces are completely fine, going to the supermarket if you need too is also fine (wash packages when you get home). You don't have to completely isolate unless you have symptom, social distancing is different wash your hands before and after visiting supermarkets. (Student nurse btw)
I don't think you could ever tell a boring story Grace, you could literally talk about the different shapes of jars and I'd find it entertaining! Positive thing: my dad bought me some snacks as it's that time of the month and sometimes a gal needs two packs of dark chocolate digestive biscuits for emotional support! Stay safe and well xx
Positive thing: I have planted a little herb garden on my porch and tending to it daily has been super soothing plus it gets me out of the house and into the sunshine everyday 🌱♥️
Hey Grack-I buy most of my Duvets and Duvet covers come from Amazon, they have a whole bunch of really great ones all with different patterns, sizes and prices. The one I bought I've had for 5 years and it's amazing!

1 large ripe banana, mashed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup almond milk / non-dairy milk
Toppings:
Natural Nut Butter
Coconut flakes
Pure maple syrup
Nuts / seeds
Mini chocolate morsels
Mash the banana until smooth.
YOU just acknowledging those of us still having to work (I work in a cardiologist office) means quite a lot!!
positive thing: i’ve got back into drawing and it’s making me really happy 💘
No joke, you've made my day. With all the issues with exams not happening and school being cancelled I don't know what to do with myself it's really tough! Thank you so much Grace, much love xx
Hi Grace!! I haven't been on youtube much recently so I hope you can vaguely remember me. It is incredible how much your channel has grown since I last was able to watch one of your videos [final year uni life!!] and I'm so proud of how far you've come since I first discovered you with 12k. Woo!!! Hope you're well xx
Thank you so much grace ! Working in the pharmacy is so hard right now, you just supporting us right now means the world !
try the overnight oats with almond milk instead of water! positive thing (for me anyway): a level exams have been cancelled and a huge weight have lifted off my shoulders:)
One positive: I managed to get a packed of toilet paper (I only got one as others need it as well! I also have ibd so I needed to loo roll😂😩)
Oh girl I FEELLLL you on the needing toilet roll, my ibs/dairy intolerance means we gotta have some haah
Loool same with the ibs and wheat and gluten intolerances 🤣 bless us
Same ibs, ibd, lactose and gluten results needing loo roll. I prey I don’t get a major flare up during this. Hope you stay well and stay positive. Xxx
I got a 12 pkt today my daughter & son have ibd my eldest has ibs it made me so happy to get so a pkt of loo roll
Lucky you lot getting a pack its been a pain trying to get some thankfully i have some at mo but sadly that wont last for ever
Confined people in France and Belgium are allowed to go out on their own (in France) or with someone at least one meter apart (in Belgium) to exercise...So I would say that a walk by yourself is fine....
Positive comment: Today i got a gecko ive been wanting one for years and i named him Marvin
I'd have called him fluffy.
omg rambo would've been a bangin name
I have wild ones in my house.
One in particular lives in my kitchen , I call him Gary.
Grace you're literally saving everyone from going insane... Please keep posting!! We all appreciate you so much!!!
Love how much you’re uploading these days & good lengthy videos too! Thanks so much for keeping us smiling x
something positive: i got my new guitar in yesterday and I learned to play one of my favourite songs (cocoon by catfish and the bottlemen) in just one day 💓
When you’re shouting “pocket! it’s pocket!” at your screen Hahahaha
Omg 🤣🤣🤣 its 'youve got to pick a pocket or two!' 😂😂😂 love you so much grace 💖
Positive thing: I am still working every day (in agriculture)
Things you can do: reasure people, there will be no food shortage as the agricultural and food industry are prioritized (I am French working in Canada and the USA and all these countries let us do our jobs without restriction) .
Positive thing: Grace seemed like she was in such a good mood in this video!
Positive comment: while I’m working from home, my husband, who is a guitarist and composer, plays beautiful music for me every day.
The walks okay :) even in Italy on full quarantine they're allowed to go for a run, just keep distance!
That bedtime tea is AMAZING!! I have it all the time xx
I got recognised for my efforts at work today which made my day. Makes me confident that I’m good at my job
uhh i love how caring you are for us who still work … i am a barista and i was working in a pub (until today :/ ). we are trying so hard to keep our small coffee shop running but it's really hard because most customers are not coming anymore so we are cutting hours and hoping for the best … i saw someone encouraged small coffee shops to share their virtual tips to help support them in these hard times. for now we are just waitimg for uk to tell us to shut and hoping that we dont lose all the customers ...
stay healthy Graceee xx
Positive comment: that comment you made on ‘got to pick a pickle or two” cracked me up! Highlight of my day😂🤪
Positive thing: my boyfriend and I have been doing long distance for most of our teenage years, but august/September this year we’re hoping to finally close the distance and get a place together.
I feel like the Booths could come up with some really great quarantine in-home Olympics games! I'd love to watch that.
January this year was the hardest for me in terms of mental health, I went to some dark places and started working through a workbook and going to the doctors to deal with unhelpful thoughts and try and reframe my thinking
Anyway, my positive thing is - the past few days I could feel a relapse back to how I was in January since I’ve been stuck indoors with just my thoughts and started putting into place the skills I learned, and I’ve managed to pull myself back from the edge which I never could’ve done during January.
