Yeah I am going crazy!! I swapped a 2004 lq9 with a cam into my 69 c-10 and I can hear spark jumping on passenger side. I unplugged #4 coil and it stops. That being said I swapped wires plugs coils around no change!! Compression is good as well as the leak down!! My question is WTF else could it be? Bad tune? Only code I get is for the MAF which I tested the sensor and its good! I have shorty headers to 3” cherry bomb dual exhaust, only front O2 sensors they are brand new units!
Maybe Valve train. Take valve cover off and check rockers at top dead center on each cylinder on that side. Other then that sounds like you done everything else. but if you take off the spark plug wire on number 4 and it stops I would focus on that one.
I have a missfire on cylinder 5 its driving me crazy i swap the lm7 and every time I disconnect plug 5 it stop replace spark plug , plugs , coil , ground , open the valve for a second it i felt it to tight i loose them and torque them again and look fine i ran out of ideas
Try a compression test on #5 if the spark plug, coil pack and wire checks out. Also could swap injector from one of the other know good cylinders and see if it follows the injector.
As you seen from the video, there is a lot of different things it could be. Just have to try and isolate the problem so you don't blow lot of money on swapping parts.
That works, good old fashion TROUBLESHOOTING!! A lost art. Only bought the part that was needed. I like it!!

@@howididitgarage. compression its 120-145 new rebuilt puston rings havent sit . New injectors also bench test it

I'm getting a multiple misfire in my ls swap 2nd gen s10.

I would start with ground wires tho with it being a swap.
