Reforms in text books and investment in education 3. Economic reforms 4. Trade and normal relation with India 5. Acceptance of LOC as international border in Kashmir.

Problem with Pakistan is the leadership, if you look at the leaders of Pakistan in each party you will not find anyone coming from the lower classes. All leaders from Pakistan comes from the elite. In comparison if you look at India you will find many leaders coming from lower strata of society, e.g. include former PM Lal Bahadur Shastri, current PM Modi, Delhi CM Kejriwal, UP former CM Mayawati, the list is endless.
