I am using archicad cinerender for my renders and i am quite satisfyed but the problem is that noone i know use it and i dont get feedback to get better,so i am thinking to try Twinmotion.What is your opinion about cinerender David? what do you think i should do?
How can I create a custom wall in Archicad?? I know you can change the layers/materials and create a wall in Revit, is there a way to do this in Archicad.

Apart from archicad does lumion get involved at some point
I use twinmotion for render and there are many videos on the channel to help you with that :)

For interior design only, what software do you recommend between AutoCAD and Archicad?
And for 3D, Cinema 4D or 3ds Max?

With these options only archicad plus cinema 4D. Otherwise sketchup + any ray trace rendering program

many of my tutorial showcase how you can do this. simply create a new composite and you'll have a new wall type.
