It's a hard balance, especially when those questions are answered by the garralous or the laconic. Asking everyone a topic, like notionally throwing a grenade into a crowded room, always stirs up grear dialogue and convo. Incidentally, Andy, are you familiar with NLP and its ability to frame/associate/disassociate ideas?
