Can you Help me? I entered china using a Tourist visa and I was able to work as well but my visa expired later on and I was not able to renew it per the decision of my employers. When my contract was over, I am supposed to go back to the Philippines but I was held for 15 days, there was no court trial proceeding that happened. After that they provided me a document and unfortunately it was lost together with the rest of my documents when we were hit by a typhoon before. I just want to ask how will I be able to apply for a police clearance from china, I am currently processing a K1 visa to the United States. Hope to hear from you soon.
