Personally wormhole is way worse. The fact that she can teleport on a 4 second cool-down is already beyond bs. Considering someone like maeve who’s dash is 10 seconds and it’s distance is shorter. But also that an Evie can “flank” and get away for free on a 4 second CD??? Plus also having the 2nd best defensive ability in the game (1st being zhin’s counter) as well as an 80% guaranteed kill as an ult (every so often you have to escape). Androxus dash talent is just coward playstyle. With a jenos pocket as a self heal while floating. It’s just stupid

He's literally glass canon the character. He will delete you if he gets behind you, but die in seconds if he gets focused. Hi rez should reduce his dmg, but increase his survivability to compensate.
Not when he can buy haven and veteran to survive. Just revert all the buffs they’ve just given him besides the movement change. He’s just a badly built champ. Tbh he shouldn’t have a gun and just make him pure melee. That would most likely make him not only more fun but also more skilful.

Khan is back to the way he was 4 years ago with all the stupid damage he does. Azaan is back into the meta due to the fact they nerfed his counters. Inara is stronger than she used to be but was slightly nerfed just a patch ago. Atlas had a hp buff and he has 3 stages to his primary fire instead of 4. Basically keep his mobility buff, but either scale back or fully revert his damage buff. Increase Love (gun) ammo useage to 2 per click (so MC procs on 4 ammo consumed) or refert it completely back to 3 per click (Proc on 6 for MC). Other changes I would make is: - Reduce the number of swords on ultimate from 5 to 4 and probably reduce damage they do. Like Andro ult does 4x 1000dmg per hit and doesn't apply caut, yet Caspian ult can do 5x 1150dmg per hit (Sword of 800 + Love/War shot of 350) and apply caut. - Make it so that the momentum stacks expire quicker. From 13:06 to 13:30 Rini hits no one yet his stacks never expired and stayed at 5-5, 24 SECONDS. And thats only with him having 'He Shot First' and 'Shining Example' at Level 3, it's beyond stupid. Like imagine Azaan or Furia Mana lasting that long. Should be in line with them and people like Seris and Kasumi on how long the stacks should last.
I think the only issue is his talent. It was balanced around his old ammo consumption where you had to fire his gun twice to use 6 ammo which is way slower than just using his gun and melee simultaneously to use up 2 ammo faster than once a second now. It’s also become very busted compared to his other used-to-be viable talent for melee. If they halve its damage or restrict it to trigger on gunshots only it would be fine imo
As someone who main Caspian, I have to agree his damage right now is overtuned. However, nerfing his base damage/attack speed (pistol + sword alone) would honestly be a bad idea simply because rn Measured Cadence is so fk op it overshadows all his other talents; if we nerf his base damage in order to make his Measured Cadence balanced, we would put his other two talents into an even worse state than they are now. Everyone is (rightfully) complaining about his DPS because Measured Cadence makes it too high, thus the right solution should be nerfing Measured and slightly buffing the other two talents. The only value I'd nerf in his base kit is the slow percentage applied by his gun (make it either 5% per stack or a simple 10% without stacks. Even removing it for the time being would be an acceptable solution). Some changes I'd propose are: Measured Cadence -Damage per additional projectile: 400 -> 300 -Consumed ammunitions per proc: 2 -> 3 Everywhere At Once -The Cooldown of Deadly Momentum is permanently set to 5s and cannot be modified, reduced, or increased through other means. Gain 1 -> 2 stack(s) of Piercing and Sharp Momentum for each enemy hit with Deadly Momentum. + Deadly Momentum Damage increased by 10% It's got some heft Increase the Range and Damage of War, but decrease its rate of fire. War’s attacks now Pierce enemies and deal an additional 20% damage to each enemy hit for each enemy hit in total with your attack. + Piercing Momentum stacks gained with each shot of Love : 1 -> 2 Base kit: Love -Slow percentage: 10 x 3 stacks -> 5 x 3 stacks / 10 with no stacks Deadly Momentum -Twirl forwards to damage and knockback enemies while taking less damage. Reactivate to whirl and deal damage around you to reduce the Cooldown of this ability for each enemy hit -> Each enemy hit with either whirl or the initial dash reduces Cooldown. Has 2 charges. Rogue's Tempo Fire a 700 damage Piercing projectile that stuns for 0.7s. Travels more quickly for each Piercing and Sharp Momentum stack -> remove this bs condition and set its speed to either half or 3/4 of his current max speed to make this skillshot's movement speed actually predictable and allow players to properly and reliably analyze a scenario before engaging the enemies. Storm of Blades 5 swords x 800 damage -> 5 swords x 650 damage /6 swords x 550 (you have to understand that the total swords number is not the issue imo, but their damage per shot/overall DPS is. If we give Caspian 4 swords instead of 5, he will still be able to melt a tank in .1 seconds. Either reducing the swords' damage or slightly reducing the total damage while distributing it over an higher number of hits are the right solutions here imo)
Make measured Candace trigger every 3 shots instead of 3 ammo consumed. Make the triple stab at the end of the combo consume 3 ammo. Reduce range from 50 units to 25-35 units. Remove DR from his dash. Reduce the time the momentum stacks disappears with that one card that extends the duration (forgot the name XD) Still I don’t agree Rogues Tempo should do 700 damage. That’s way too high for a stun. 500 at the very least would be still viable but not absolutely BS
The main reason why they are overpowered is because they can have HP, DR and self heal cards and items. Instead of having the risk of being killed in less than a second they can be tanky, survive ults, fight a damage at full health and still win, the list goes on. Flanks should not have any form of damage reduction or health cards. They’re direct buffs that in all honesty should be taken out of their kits and out of the game. Vatu, maeve, buck, talus all have DR cards and also some have HP cards. Maeve is one of the closest definitions to a flank (especially if you play Rogues gambit). But because she has HP and DR cards she turns into a damage class more than a flank.
Caspian nerfs: Revert all changes to his recent buffs. Keep the movement change Reduce momentum from dash 75% - 40% Decrease stun duration by a small amount. Decrease stun damage 700 - 500 Measured Candace talent damage 400 - 300 Decrease duration of the card that extends momentum stacks by 30% Change ult swords from 5 to 4 and reduce damage from 1150 - 1000. Reduce movement card from hitting 1 SHOT from Love from 60% - 40%. I can list off every other champs that is overtuned and can explain how to nerf them to make things balanced. Ngl is they’re going to let caspian have momentum off his dash why can you do that for maeve? Just sayin she’s already vulnerable in the air. Would make sense.
You are aware that before his recent nerf he was unplayable and considered the worst flank in the game, right? I agree that in his current state he is too buffed to exist (I'm a Caspian main btw, so yeah), but at this point the only thing your nerfs are missing is straight out removing him from the game.
@@AIex98 Not really. Considering that an actual balance of this champion compared with many other balance changes for other champs this would be okay. If anything I’ll agree to some of the the things I said to be removed. All I ask now is to remove the DR in his dash, and reduce the speed buff to hitting just 1 shot on love to at least 8% per level. I would even be happy with 10% but he had that massive change in his dash. He doesn’t need to move that fast anymore. Reduce his range to 35 units at the very least with his sword. The fact that his SWORD has the same range as a FLAMETHROWER is beyond stupid.
