Dude I’ve been playing paladins since I was in middle school and I’m 23 years old now and I’ve put 1500 hours into the game. I love paladins just as much as the next guy but the reason I like marvel rivals is because it is not like paladins. Your points are basically just “paladins has this and marvel rivals doesn’t” OF FUCKING COURSE! It wouldn’t succeed if it was like paladins there’s a reason it’s a dead game and has been for literal years. Rivals does something different and that is the reason why it’s successful. Everytime I see paladins and overwatch players saying why their favorite hero shooter is better than rivals is the exact reason why one game is making great strides in the industry and the other 2 are simply dying off. Your reasons for paladins being better are the same reasons why paladins isn’t successful and never will be. I love paladins and the community but you guys are not doing paladins any justice making these kind of videos

Yar! Yeah pirates require teamwork on your side and no team work from the enemy. Best way to beat it is AOE DMG and execute ults. Force the pirates off the ship

Yeah, I can see that being a nightmare in casu. You don't know and can't pick a counter. GGs Maybe Omen (for his ult) can be a great counterpick ?

In OW, there's a comp called Pirate Ship, which is more suited for Escort and Hybrid maps. Although looking at this Pirates comp, I think it is more on par with OW's GOATs comp, except you can't use the same comp to counter play it. Also I kinda assumed it got its name because of the pirate skins the specific champs have.

1 big tip is to always set up traps around chokes or commonly used areas; a cyber web with 3 mines. The web makes the mines invisible and invincible.

Barik in C tier is a joke, he belongs in A tier. He barely has 15% less HP than Khan or Azaan, and : -His turrets more than compensate for it, Barik has 3400HP, Barik + one turret : 4400 HP, Barik + 2 turrets : 5400 HP. -He has more mobility than them (Only Azaan an Ruckus do better, cause they have verticality) -He has more DPS (A Barik with 2 turrets on greets you with 840 damage/sec, from the first second of the fight), and also more range. -His shield doesn't handicap him, and is the easiest to use efficiently -His turrets locate enemies for your whole team, and can serve as fodder to fuel your other skills when they get destroyed (it also gives you a turret back). Try Barik with Chronos (obviously), failsafe, rocket boots shield, and cooldowns on destroyed turrets, you are almost unkillable.

You say this like the new update isn't pretty much pitied by every player still on it. I loved Paladins btw, but it has about 2k players now. It was a really, really good hero shooter for a long time, it's about ready to pass the torch.
