Learn how to make the Best Thanksgiving Turkey with a juicy turkey breast and crisp, salty skin. Step-by-step here: natashaskitchen.com/juicy-roast-turkey-recipe/
Oh yes! I’ve done it this way for years! And before the turkey comes out I have a very skinny ladle that I use to baste the top of the turkey with that melted butter that pools in the cavity! Makes the skin so super crispy and golden brown. My kids like to eat just the skin lol and if I put bacon on top of it they are ready to fight lol 😂❤ love my babies tho (and they grown 29,25,22, 19, and the baby is 18) ❤
THIS TURKEY RECIPE IS AMAZING!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍 I FINALLY FEEL LIKE I CAN COOK! FIRST TIME ROASTING TURKEY MYSELF AND IT TURNED OUT PURE PERFECTION!!!❤❤❤ THANK YOU NATASHA, YOUR RECIPES NEVER FAIL ME!❤❤❤❤❤
@Natashaskitchen Natasha is that parsley or Bailey that you mixes with the butter...hard of hearing and didn't see it in the caption! ❤thank you in advance for anyone's help
I made this 3 years in a row and my husband said for his entire life his family has made the worst dried turkey and that this is the best turkey he's ever tasted ❤️
Tried this method thanksgiving 2022. This was my first time baking a Turkey so I was so nervous.. the Turkey fell off the bone ya’ll!! Couldn’t believe I did that lol. I will never bake Turkey any other way than this.

"Flavored Butter" AKA Compound butter
Or you could brine it and that is better than any Compound butter

My go-to recipe and it has become a staple at our Thanksgiving table! Thank you Natasha!!
You are so welcome!
I been letting mine rest as long as it cooked like ramsey says to do as well with the butter. Its amazing.
Martha Stewart put me on to the compound butter under the skin. And the possibilities are endless
I love Gordon Ramsay’s turkey with his gravy it’s better than any I’ve ever had and it’s worth making!

Awww great job!!
That turkey skin is worryingly white and the dish is much too small to ensure safe cooking throughout
I do this every Thanksgiving, I watch Gordon Ramsey video too.
Props if you recognize this as Natasha's old kitchen, before she did the remodeling, lol 😁
Actually, she moved from this house. Her current kitchen is in their new house. She has a video of her new house move. Fun fact 🤗
@@zp8127 That's awesome!
Bird should not sit in the roasting pan but be on a rack in the pan.
Can’t make it if you don’t tell us what’s in it

I gave up on Mr Turkey! It always looks good from the outside and when I check the thighs are still RAW!
Poor thing. Just say no to them , you cannot handle this 😂😂😂
Put that back inside the stove, ain't cook yet.
Just stuff under the skin, no turkey injection doo-dad?
When is Thanksgivingday in US?
28th of November
The big secret is to start cooking the turkey on its breast to let the dark meat cook a little better then flip. Google for solid recipe directions
