i have torn many small hondas myself. I always separated the intake an exhaust valve componets. The lobes have different numbers embossed on them most of the time. In all the years running they kinda conformed to the cam lobes also. I like seeing how others do the job.
I always use a fine grit sandpaper with a hand sander. If your carful works great every time.
Paint stripper works well to remove old gaskets , and yes, don’t pry on or otherwise damage the gasket surfaces kids. I like that little 3m wheel 👍

What is that plate called that is held on by the long bolt and it has the number 22 on the inside I broke part of it on my engine and I can’t find the name of it
Hope u can help on cam chain roller thats in the cylinder there is a side that has bunch of dots does it make a difference in witch way it installed? CT 70H thanks
