    What if I get the property and it doesn't get enough reservations to pay the monthly rent?

      This is so highly unlikely. Because you were taking some thing from the real estate market and putting it into the hospitality market it nearly automatically makes 3X more money per square foot.
      If you want to look both ways before you cross the street just look on Airbnb at other properties to see what they are making.
      Otherwise there is a software you can use that I highlight in one of my most recent videos about listings that make more than 10,000 a month. you can go to the description of that video and use that software

      Depends on the nature of the repair. If caused by tenant, then the tenant
