If you want to look both ways before you cross the street just look on Airbnb at other properties to see what they are making. Otherwise there is a software you can use that I highlight in one of my most recent videos about listings that make more than 10,000 a month. you can go to the description of that video and use that software

Depends on the nature of the repair. If caused by tenant, then the tenant
